AVOID!

AVOID!! This company, I ordered an item from them two months ago, after 8 emails from me, no response, and a contact from Pay Pal again no response, I got my money back from Paypal, an excellent service from Paypal, a completely Sh.t service from motocross giant, I will never even attempt to use them again.

Seller stated the package would be…

Seller stated the package would be arriving on a certain date and when I dug a little deeper the seller states the arrival date is altogether different. DO NOT trust this seller to be honest and truthful regarding shipping and arrival dates. I have ordered my fair share of products online and all sellers except this one have been spot on regarding shipping and arrival dates. Human exrament.

Horrible!!!!

$500 AUD order, took over a month for them to ship the order, which was missing one item. Helmet was advertised as 2009, stamped as 2007, which makes it almost past its used by date (most manufacturers recommend 3 years) Three months later they still have not sent the final item, every email I send gets a reply similar to 'Item has arrived today, we will ship it in the next few hours'

I asked for a refund for the item as it was obvious I was never going to get it, two weeks later, still no refund.

WORST ONLINE ORDER EVER!!!!

This was crap from the start. I placed my order which was around $800 for both my wife and I to get new gear. They called me the next morning to let me know that all of my items but 1 would have to be brought in directly from Fox because they didnt stock hardly anything at their store. They said it would take 2-3 days for the items to come in. I requested to cancel the order because I couldnt wait that long. They then tried to trap me into keeping my order by charging a 20% restock fee on everything on my order. They hadnt even ordered from Fox yet!!! They upgraded my shipping to 3 day for free, so I angrily agreed. Almost 2 weeks later I got notification that my order finally shipped. I then received my order 3 WEEKS AFTER MAKING IT! I was really excited to come home and finally try on all my stuff, only to find out that they mis-shipped some of my items including my boots. That was the icing on the cake, and I was completely pissed! I am sending back the incorrect items, with a restock fee, and paying for shipping to send their crap back out of my own pocket. This whole deal was a complete joke, waste of my time, and ended up costing me more money than if I just picked up everything locally at cost. GO TO HELL MOTOCROSS GIANT!!!!
