Hosting has been getting worse since World Host Group US Inc bought them out. They have recently added something called imunify360 to the servers which has had my site down intermittently with error 302 and 500, its support or lack of it takes 24 hours to respond and then does nothing. Also because of this imunify360 we get this when visiting our site "Please wait while your request is being verified"
Oh and as I write this I've been waiting 2 days for its 'support' to respond
EDIT: Take note of the response they gave, they don't care that your visitors will be seeing "Please wait while your request is being verified" every time they visit your website if you get hosted by them and they don't tell you about this either until you sign up and see it!

So I tried again with a new chat this time it was answered by Mahendra who solved my problem in about 2.5 minutes… This person obviously knew exactly what to do and was very professional and efficient

After using MochaHost for over five years, I feel compelled to share my honest experience – and it's been consistently frustrating. Their service quality has drastically declined, and their support system is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
Refusal to Accept Faults – Every time there's an issue, their response is either to deny the problem or claim “no issue found.” In five years, they have never accepted responsibility for any error, no matter how obvious.
Email and Hosting Issues – Frequent email delivery failures and intermittent hosting outages have affected my work multiple times. Still, their team dismisses every complaint without any real investigation.
Very Slow Server Performance – Websites load extremely slowly, especially during peak hours. Page timeouts and server errors are common, hurting both user experience and SEO rankings.
Robotic and Unhelpful Support – Customer support lacks accountability. You often get copied-and-pasted responses that don't address the actual issue. It's clear they’re trained to deflect rather than solve problems.
No Transparency or Proactive Communication – There’s no warning before planned downtimes, and they rarely communicate clearly when issues occur. You're left guessing or discovering the problem yourself.
Misleading Guarantees – They promote uptime and speed guarantees, but in practice, they fail to deliver on almost every front. Their “lifetime discount” means nothing if the service doesn’t work when you need it most.

Funciona muy bien pero aumentar 25% el precio no tiene ningun sentido... buscaremos otras opciones... una lastima pero cuando las empresas se quieren pasar de inteligentes asi sucede.
It works very well but increasing the price by 25% doesn't make any sense... we will look for other options... a shame but when companies want to be too smart, that's what happens.
