Just been for my first Consultation to review what treatment I will need! Very outstanding and very professional and made me feel welcome.
Was first seen by Kayleigh for a scan, very professional, her customer care was outstanding and made me feel welcome.
Then was seen by the dentist, dr Kar Heung Ho, he was amazing and made me feel at easy, very very professional and easy to talk too. Glad I have him looking after me. Thank you for a good first experience. 10/10

I’m a extremely nervous patient and through kindness, understanding and patience, I have just had a filling without sedation. I highly recommend Dr Kayesh Patel, his wonderful nurse and the receptionist, I can not praise them enough.

Nervous patient

I have always been a very nervous person where the dentist is concerned infact I would say I hate going to the dentist, I haven't been for 10 years but I knew in my own mind I needed to go, so I read up all about Oxford House and I couldn't find anything bad about them, and they obviously looked after and cared for nervous people like me, so I made an appointment and went my goodness how glad am I that did, I was made welcome and put at ease as soon as I walked through the door, I saw Dr Kesh and his team, he was wonderful he put me at ease and talked me through everything he was doing and what needed doing, I was quite surprised as after 10 years I only need a clean and polish and 1 tooth out and that was because my gum had receded, so I went back today for the treatment and once again Dr Kesh was brilliant, the treatment went really good ,I'm now back home and my next appointment is booked for 6 months time, thank you Dr Kesh and everyone that works at Oxford House dental practice.

I had an appointment which

I had an appointment which, when I arrived, had been cancelled ! The receptionist claimed they had not been able to contact me to confirm. RUBBISH ! My phone never leaves me. I work long hours, I presented a radio show at 6am this morning - broadcast for 3 hours then followed a busy schedule of appointments, have to broadcast again this evening. I do not appreciate being messed about and my time being wasted !
