I have now delt with this company twice and both times received excellent service.
Sandra was very helpful and my delivery arrived on the day arranged.
The pallets were well packed and protected, I only had 2 damaged slabs and that wasn’t a problem as there was extras added in the price.
I have had 5 pallets delivered up to now and already looking at ordering more.
So happy with the garden sun circles, they look fabulous. Thank you 😊

Garden renovation is stressful, I've had setbacks aplenty and then Millpoolstone, not only did they customize my order with a different colour edging stone and didn't charge me extra, delivered without any breakage with plenty packing material AND with spare stones. Thank you so much.

We ordered the 1.8m compass circle. Sandra was absolutely brilliant and so helpful. It arrived well packed all the way to bonnie scotland and the driver took the time to let me check it.
I would highly recommend this company as the customer service is excellent and Sandra was brilliant to talk to and she gave great advice. I've actually recommended her company to the landscaper we used and he was very interested. Five stars *****

I ordered an Aztec Sun concrete based patio circle (3.4m). This was delivered as promised on the day confirmed. I was also contacted (by Sandra) and it was explained what to do if there was any issue's with the delivery (breakages, etc..). The slabs were well packed and although none were completely broken 3 had actually been chipped in transit (2 which could not be disguised). I reported this via email and 3 replacements were sent to me withing 48 hours. The customer service here is second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, not only for great communication but also for such a well priced good product. It makes such a change to deal with a company which treats it's customers as the priority and resolves all issues in such a quick timely manner. Thank You.

Fantastic, friendly and fast service from the moment I made contact by phone to when the product was delivered. I purchased the cathedral planter circular feature and now it is in place, it looks fantastic. It has given my garden the uplift it needed. Many thanks to all involved.

Ordered 2 circle stones from them and thay made a deal to give me a big whopping discount of £20 still waiting thay just stopped replying to my emails the circles are lighter in colour than in their website and you don’t get them delivered without a few Chips hear and there but luckily for me the chips were hidden when I layed them an honest review of my experience with them

We ordered a nautical compass stone feature after seeing it on line. I telephoned and spoke to Sandra who was really helpful. We ordered the item, paying for it at the same time. This was a very easy procedure and we were also given a delivery date. The item was delivered on the arranged day, was very well packed and very good quality.

The item looks lovely in our garden. We can highly recommend Millpool Stone.

I recently ordered a stone patio circle from Millpool. The ordering process was straightforward and the assistance from the company was excellent. Unfortunately, on unpacking it was discovered that one of the slabs had been cracked in transit.
The staff at Millpool stone could not have been more helpful. They immediately got onto sending out a replacement slab. I was very grateful for this, as due to shielding because of the Coronavirus, I could not possibly have driven the 50 miles to collect.
The patio circle is now laid, and I am very happy with it. I would definitely use Millpool again, and certainly recommend the company to anyone. I definitely felt they went above and beyond to help me and I’m very grateful.

If i could give 10 stars i would.

Perfect service from start to finish.

I found them on Ebay a few months ago and when i went to order, they were out of stock. So I called direct to see if they could help. They could.

Not only did they cast the stones i wanted to a very high quality. They delivered on the day they stated they would.

I was kept up to date on the order throughout and the customer service is some of the best i've had.

Highly recommended.
