I ordered over $300 worth of accessories from this company, including three ESCs. What I received was:

One ESC only instead of the three I paid for.

After filing a claim, they sent two incorrect units.

They finally shipped another ESC and promised to refund me for the missing ESC and all other items.

To “make up” for the trouble, they also sent used, defective parts, which I threw away immediately.

Throughout this process, I dealt exclusively with someone named “Jeff.” Now they have refused to refund me and have effectively stolen my money. I live in Germany and will be filing a police report here—and I’m also exploring legal options in the United States.

Be aware before you place an order with them.

My Name is Wendell Parker i reside in the DMV! I am a huge supporter of Milesboard. I purchase the Phamton as my first Electric skateboard which was incredible and still performs excellent years in...and my next purchase was super exciting for me I was looking for a long eskate board miles board came out with the Sex Panther and it was a no brainer. I love this board because I have wide stance it does it all speed , breaking, maneuvering....very dependable! I even purchase the Miles back pack to carry my boards if I need to which has come in handy on more than one occasion.

Greetings, I wanted have a few miles on this board before giving a quick review. This board is truly different extremely quiet which helps with the nature but people don't pay attention. The board has a different gradual power which can take you by surprise,. No issue so far. I had a little concern regarding the motor. They were scratched pretty well. However the company stated that it can handle it and it does. It's a lot faster with the AT wheels and absolute comfort. Thank you Miles. I can't wait to see what you have coming. I was able to achieve 32mph on flat at 130 pounds. God Bless.

I don't have a lot of money so when I decided to get an electric skateboard in place of a car I did A LOT of research before pulling the trigger. If you're like me you know there's lots of conflicting info and horror stories out there, shady companies refusing to honor warranties, waterproofing issues, boards mysteriously dying for no reason or failing in-use causing accidents, well... none of this is an issue with Miles boards.

On paper the speed/range readings of the beard are normal for high-end boards of similar price, but the unique benefit of Miles is that it's a U.S. based company and the owner skates himself! This is not some shady Chinese warehouse owned by some 80-year-old oligarch that has never nor does he would ever care about skating but only cares about profits and selling cheaply-made goods overseas. You won't need to wait 6 weeks or order from some website in broken English (think about warranty issues if anything goes wrong lol)

Nothing beats watching the owner himself commute almost every day on the actual boards on his IG, and beyond that, all my communication with the Customer Service team has been quick and easy, any questions I have about the board I just ask them, no need to browse obscure Chinese messageboards to get an answer. There's no amount of money that's worth this peace of mind and support.

Also, most importantly, the board is so incredible. I've never run out of juice (go see a map how far away 30 MILES of range is), and it's just soooo high quality and smooth. All-carbon, no wobbles, water resistant, light, it's just exhilarating to hold and look at. I've never skated before and it was so easy to learn! I wanted to describe to someone else how good it feels to be able to be 10 blocks away in 4 minutes or bomb UP a massive hill, or cross the entire city in one charge with NO parking issues, traffic, car insurance or any of that, and the best way to describe it is like when you dream about flying and the buildings are just zooming past you, it's like magic.

I can't say enough good things about this board (I have the Phantom), I don't know if I'll ever need a car, it's just so quick to be elsewhere in the city so fast, and so FUN!! I'm definitely a convert. And I'm already saving to buy my girlfriend one as well!

Fantastic board, the Sex Panther is not only beautiful but handles great and I've never had a problem with it, over 2000miles in a year and it still rides as good as the day I got it

Great customer service, great people! My friend and I just got 2 "Sex Panther" boards and they're rock solid.
Plenty of accessories, lights, mounts, wheels, helmets etc. If you're looking for a good PEV store and shop in SD, this is the place.

Great customer service. Is started with an older single motor board and upgraded to the phantom. Shipping all the way to Hawaii wasn't an issue and the board has been rock solid!

I got my Miles Phantom back in March of 2022, it is now the end of August 2022 and I have just over 2,000 miles on my board. The only "issue" it had was a severed balance lead within the first 200 miles. I notified them and they sent me a shipping label for return. They repaired and I had my board back within a week (top notch)! I use my board as a daily commuter (15~miles each way). This board is QUICK! I don't have any issues transitioning from sidewalks to city streets and keeping pace with any traffic. I have noticed a slight decrease in battery/range now with higher miles on it (expected). When new, I could get 25+ miles on the 105mm cloud wheels (it did get over 30 miles on the stock thanes), now I get about 20ish. I weigh about 160lbs for reference. The only thing I have done to the board is replaced all the bearings and recently replaced the front trucks bushings. I love my Phantom, and I am a fan of life with the quality and awesome customer support!

I have the Miles Phantom and my roommate has the SexPanther. I've ridden both extensively.

I have put almost 400 miles on mine in the last 6 months riding just for fun, and I am still astounded every time I get on it and wait for a hill to beat it, or for it to run out of battery... Neither of which have happened yet. The SexPanther is overkill for anyone. My roommate recently tried to ride it until it died. After it recharged to full on a long hill after he had been riding for an hour he finally gave up and came home. Literally the board beat him, he won't even ride it at full speed because it scares him. My board is so small and powerful, while its range is a little shorter, the thing is stinkin light and portable. The range is also longer than I have ever tried to use. The lowest I've ever gotten the battery was boarding through a mountain range at full throttle. I got it to 10% after an hour of climbing. Full speed on either of them feels irresponsibly fast. I have taken it onto city streets and ridden with the flow of traffic. I have nothing but raving things to say about this board. They are expensive, but its for a reason. I had to save up my money to get it, but having had previous electric longboards, this is in a class all of its own. Definitely worth it.

There are tons of boards out there, but none as unique as the miles phantom.
I have been riding esk8 for a while now and I was at a point where I wanted something unique and fun, and wow this little short board gives me a smile every time I take it out. From the range I get compared to other small boards out there to the style and aesthetics. People give me more compliments on this board than any of my other boards. That says a lot. Maybe phantom pro for next year? 😁

I bought my first electric skateboard, Sex Panther Pro, from Miles Board. It is without a doubt the best investment I’ve ever made. The quality of the build is second to none. The shipping was extremely fast. The support has been phenomenal. Instructions were very easy to read and the ease of use is astonishing. The first day I had the board I rode it literally all over town (Columbia, SC) on a single charge. It was so easy to get from A to B quickly and economically.

On top of all that, it fits very well in my airplane. It makes the long commute from the ramp or hangar to the FBO a breeze. Forget a courtesy car. The range on the Sex Panther is more than enough to get me into town to a restaurant or customer very easily. 10/10 would purchase another board in the future. Very happy with the purchase.

Absolutely amazing experience. All transactions, shipping, and communications with Miles Board we’re effortless. The board is a bit expensive for myself but I believe in quality over quantity and I certainly got what I paid for. If I had 1 recommendation, it would be for a detailed installation video for the cloud wheels on the Phantom. Man I love this board.

I live in Birmingham Alabama and the roads here are horrible. So I bought the Pro pack and do yourself a solid and do the same. The backpack is worth the extra cost alone. I am in love with this Phantom board and feel like a kid again every time I ride it. This is my third electric board but first Miles. I plan on buying more boards but this one is by far my favorite. I use this for my main transportation around town since I’m disabled from walking far. This board should be on everyone’s gift list. I might be getting that Sex Panther soon, since the Phantom has shown it’s worth every penny.

From beginning to the end of my shopping experience, MIlesboard was with me every step of the way to answer any silly question, or make sure I was taking care of, their customer service is incredible, I’ve been interacting with the team since before I bought a RAMPAGE, and they always greeted me as a valued customer, and as Expected the board was everything I wanted and more! I have never in my life owned machine like this one, that brings me such immense joy, as this one does, I am truly in love with my Rampage! First off the price you pay for this bad ass machine is amazing for the quality you get, trucks carved perfect, shreds up hills with ease, I live on a big ass hill, and this thing blew my expectations out of the water, Insanely smooth riding, brakes, acceleration, grip, everything was literally Perfect! The last time I touched a board was 2012, and I jumped on this thing and shredded with ease! Such an amazing product, The miles team gained a customer for life, or at least until my ass can ride!!!!

This board is like no other! Literally.

First off, THANK YOU Miles for designing such a beast of a board! The Miles Phantom hands down has to be the best electric short board out on the market.

The carbon fiber deck has such a unique drop down shape allowing it to be VERY nimble and light. The trucks are drop through style and come with fantastic bushings from factory. Once you add 105mm wheels, headlights and taillights in the mix, this board then becomes boss.

The Miles Phantom is capable of reaching 32mph speeds on flat lat and crushes hills! Range anxiety is definitely a thing of the past with the 21700 batteries packed in the board. You can expect a range between 18-30+ miles depending on the terrain, speed mode and riding style.

It's fair to say that Miles knows what their doing and I'm looking forward to seeing what they have in store next!
