I had a transplant 2 times and I can honestly say it was the best decision of my life. Great staff, great experience. I definitely recommend.

I made a zoom appointment with Dr Diep
I made a zoom appointment with Dr. Diep with mhtaclinic dot com two months ago because they said they couldn't take me sooner. 3pm today (Thursday, October 29th 3:00pm). They stood me up. I called them twice. Each time the hung up on me. I took time off work so I can make the appointment. I absolutely can't believe this unprofessionalism here. At the bare minimum they could have called to say he would be late or reschedule the day before I took off from work during this pandemic. I am not an essential worker so I need to work as much as I can since my pay has been cut 85%.
