BAD INVOICES…
I recently moved to the Boerne area from Houston. The service is fine but the billing is odd. It is the only bill I receive that does not have a due date on it. I just get a bill. I called and the agent said I should always just remember when it is due. There are lots of bills coming in, why can't Meritum just put the amount owed and when it is due on the face of the invoice??? Your response that you don't operate in Houston tells me that you didn't read the review. I moved from Houston to Boerne! Meritum is an energy company that services SW Texas US. I have an account with them
