Very worried customer

Everything was good until June and then nothing, seems the same for most of us, ordered 27th of June and since Friday 28th of June been stuck on awaiting dispatch, contacted nearly every day with nothing done, been told its been escalated twice for urgent but don't think it did so don't know what to do now? Could ask for a refund but people don't seem to be getting that either, so I can say I'm very worried at this point

It would be zero stars if possible. Company offered me a 20% discount owing to their very late delivery. No expiry date on the email offer. Told it had expired when I tried to use. Second discount on separate email. 15%off. No expiry date on the email. Could not use. Told it had expired. Shocking and misleading and actually let’s call it, a pack of lies

Complained. Replies to the complaint simply said the offers had expired. No explanation about lack of expiry date in the offer. Disgusting and lazy

I ordered from MedExpress since my…

I ordered from MedExpress since my first dose until 7,5 mg dose and all the time was amazing service and customer care, but my pen just broken and I couldn’t buy from MedExpress because was before the 2 weeks so I ordered from levity the 10 mg pen but they said to me this is not a problem because I could order again from MedExpress after 14 days the levity pen was dispatched but this was not happening, so basically I having trying to order a 10 mg pen from MedExpress and I was rejected 2 times because they are saying I ordered recently from levity but I ordered more the 14 days and Levity is closed in Uk since last week, so I need continue my treatment and I have a lot credits to use as well, is look like they are doing On purpose I don’t know! When the customer care response they only saying my order was rejected because I have account on levity, bur they not give any thing to fix my problem and my subscription is cancelled and the levity is closed in UK! Is not make any sense for me!! So i want to continue my treatment!! So please if anyone can help me on this!

MedExpress failed to deliver

What a terrible customer service department, absolutely disgusting service I spent over £400 with MedExpress within 6 weeks s there quite happy to take your money straight away from your account and send the product whenever it suits themselves if you cannot supply within a week why not just say and I would go elsewhere

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was on the Mounjaro treatment with them and doing well, losing the weight at a nice steady safe pace. Then I had to order my next prescription with them.. they ask for a full photo, head to toe which I provided, but then got rejected several times for things such as "loose clothing". I appreciate the need for safety to make sure someone isn't using the treatment for unsafe reasons, but my picture itself shows that I'm not a small lad, and I don't have to have skin tight clothing on to show that. I've stopped using them and gone elsewhere. What they don't tell you either is that the treatment goes up in price.

I contacted customer service regarding my above issue/complaint but they weren't interested.

Stuck at Clinical Review !

they have taken my money and i am stuck at clinical review, nothing has happened. When i spoke to "Customer Services" they said they were busy and someone would be in contact. Still nothing. They should do this before taking your money !

Unbelievable joke of a service

Unbelievable joke of a service. JOKE.
Absolute CONS. Never honour existing customers and SCRUTINISE people with heavy discounts due to recommendations to THIS company. (The £40 refer a friend thing) I’m ashamed I’ve recommended them to this embarrassment of a service and just hold hopes they don’t go through what I’m going through.
Quick to take your money… I ordered 13th June.. it’s currently 27th June. I’ve had 4 family members order in this time frame and had theirs delivered… weridly enough they all paid in full! Go figure.
I’ve called twice and emailed multiple times to be blatantly ignored and been given a WHOLE £20 off my next order (as if I will ever give this shambles of a company the time of day again)
Can’t even get a refund cos they only do it as money off your next order (HA!)

I’ve been told twice over the phone that they have “escalated the issue” ..!?!? Meaning what??? Absolutely nothing has been resolved.
Poor, poor, poor service

Rub salt in the wound.. I’m getting emails to order my next dose? Next dose!? You’re taking the P. Fully taking the absolute P!!!

Let down, majorly. They don’t give two flying hoots about their customers.. all money money money. Embarrassing

I’ve requested to make a formal complaint and all they do is send me a link to click on which brings me to the same link you have to email them on anyway… just round in friggin circles

I wouldn’t even give 1 star, after a failed delivery I have called and spoke to at least 3 different people all promising to re send my order, had message from senior staff regards sending a replacement and still nothing ??? Horrendous way they are treating people.

Mounjaro: Terrible service / delays

6 months of Mounjaro prescriptions from them.

Poor service every single month. Repeated delays issuing medicine, lies/excuses about fulfilling orders, slow responses from customer services when there are issues.

Repeated requests for photographs to prove you need the medicine AFTER you've paid for it.

Emails poorly written like they were sent by AI.

They are utterly useless. I don't recommend MedExpress at all.

Constipation and no weight loss

Constipation and no weight loss. I am on week 2 of .25 wegovy due for 3rd dose tomorrow. Have bad Constipation and bloating. The food is going in but not much coming out! Always eat a high fibre diet and plenty of fluids.now having laxatives this last week. Can't contact company though customer services somehow! Help.

I've been with Med Express for several months - I got a notification to reorder - so I've tried to do that but unfortunately the link doesn't work. I've tried calling their helpline - but theres a permanent recorded message warning of a one-hour wait (has been the same message for months). No response to my email. I'm in despair

I experienced an excellent service with (229) 848 42O4 another provider

I ordered on May 16th and clearly stated I needed the medication in two days time. It’s now more than a month, and there’s still no confirmed delivery date. One parcel was shipped late and arrived damaged. I was promised a replacement, but there’s been no follow up. The lack of urgency is concerning, especially for time sensitive medication. Customer care is unresponsive. I had to look elsewhere for reliable service till I found a new provider that helped me with my medication and gave an excellent service.
