Review of Mayors Stores
I had a very disappointing experience at Mayors stores. The staff treated me as if I were insignificant — with an air of arrogance that made me feel unwelcome. These are employees earning salaries, yet they seem to forget the importance of treating customers with respect.
In several locations I visited, the display cases were full of merchandise, but I was told repeatedly that the items were “for exhibition only.” It felt misleading and dismissive.
Because of this, I won’t be returning to any Mayors store. In contrast, the gray market and independent jewelers offer much better customer service and actually care about their reputation and their clients. I prefer to support businesses that value their customers.
