The store is appalling. I think it is the worst customer service I have come across on line. There is a catch to every "offer". Even the 25% discount they sent me as an apology wasn't usable on most of their items. Shocking for young fans that they get treated this way.They don't even read or reply to emails properly. Just awful. I'd prefer to give 0 stars.

LOVE the club but keep away from their store;
For such a big club, your customer service, in the on line shop is VERY poor - I have never shopped at a more unprofessional shop. I was overcharged by 15 Euro and the shop would not return the funds - they would not accept to stop the order either! What a shame for a club I have been following 53 years - but then again if you see Man U reviews 76% think its BAD - the manager should be sacked - NO Professional firm can accept 76% unsatisfied customers!

Manchester United is my favorite club. However, recently they have been disappointing. The club's administration/management haven't been strategic on who they bring in as a manager and the kind of players needed to move the club forward. Though am happy the United site is effective in posting club information that is valuable to all fans allover the world. I hope it could show live matches for free for its fans allover the world.

Support a properly run club and not one run by someone using a club as a play thing and playing in a council stadium.
Money buys the best players, but it dont buy history or respect. It does buy hangers on though claiming "Ive always like them".
