This was my first time ordering from Little Twidlets, and I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this company. They provide excellent service! My order arrived promptly. There was a slight stock issue for one of my items, but Nicola resolved the issue promptly with a refund. The refund alone was satisfactory for me, but she truly went the extra mile by leaving a lovely hand written note in my parcel to apologise, and gifting me a similar item to the one that was no longer available.

It's small details like this that show how much they value their customers. Love the products, and the level of customer care! I would absolutely recommend Little Twidlets, and will purchase more items from them in future!

Wonderful nappies and friendly atmosphere in the shop. Nicola is so knowledgeable and really made our transition to cloth nappies easy. Massively recommended- thankyou so much!
