Wonderful Experience

I ordered two pieces of hi-fi equipment from Linsoul. Even though, the equipment was backordered, Linsoul shipped it in five days, and the shipment and delivery went without a hitch. Thank you.

Hides Reviews, Customer Service Hit or Miss

Removed a 2 Star review. I had some issues with the product, due to fitment issues, as well as sibilance on my unit.

I've had issues in the past as well when trying to reach customer service, and they weren't able to help me in the end.

Even when they have sales, the cost of their shipping (for me 1 pair of IEM's was $30 to the US), doesn't make it worth it anymore. Sometimes deals can be good enough, but it depends on what shipping would cost you at the time. I have purchased from them in the past and shipping was closer to $10-15, so I'm not sure why it went up so much.

Avoid!

Scammy practices. They are not ashamed to edit the listing, prices, sell you non-existing items and then blame "Look, it is written here". ask for more money, because it was a mistake on the item you've already paid. Instead of returning your money they could offer their useless coupon. Avoid!

Item I ordered from Linsoul got held by…

Item I ordered from Linsoul got held by customs and the value Linsoul declared was lower than the actual value. Package was hit with a customs fine for under declaring the real value. I asked if Linsoul could comp me for the fine as I was already going to pay for import fees already. Linsoul gaslighted me in trying to make it seem as though the fine was my own fault when it was actually theirs.

Hi there,

We are sorry to bring you a bad shopping experience.

But please note whether taxing is not what we can determine, depending on the customs.

Whether or not we under-declare your item, the taxes of your parcels should be borne by yourself.

If you do not wish to under-declare the parcel value please let us know beforehand for it to be fully declared.

This company has it all wrong..

This company has it all wrong... They have been facing so many QC issues that I hope that someone will read this before doing any purchase from them. I bought a 500 USD iem and had to return them 2 times within a couple of years. And no, I'm not throwing them around, they carefully stay at home. And guess what, you have to pay for the repair and shipping, wonderful. And last but not least, you can't get an invoice of your purchase so if you get them stolen or anything bad, well.... you can't send any official purchase proof that inssurances accept so you're screwed.
So you might think that you save up money at start but down the road, you some some as well as sanity because of their not helping at all after sales. Be warned

Excellent customer service

I bought the 7hzx zero two crinecle iems from amazon but appeared to be defective. They asked me to record the defective product and sent a video to them, they very quickly sent a replacement. All around very happy.

Ordered £500 earphones, not arrived

Ordered £500 earphones, not delivered. Linsoul have said that they know that they have not been delivered. They are waiting for the package to be returned, waiting weeks now, and are unable to simply send a new order until they receive the parcel from the courier. This has taken almost a month. Really bad customer service, will never buy from them again

Never again.

The item was in stock and I payed for express shipping, customer service say that it wasn't in order and the timeframe that is express shipping is when they get the product. And that timeframe is 3 to 7 days, will not touch anything more frome this company or even consider ordering anything else.

Hi there,

We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced with our service. Please kindly understand that the product you purchased is a pre-order item with a certain processing time, as mentioned on the product page.Additionally, due to the promotional period, processing time may be longer than usual.

Regarding the issue with the express shipping, our website clearly states that for express shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after shipping out. Please note that this 3-7 day timeframe refers to the estimated delivery time after the order has been shipped, not from the time of purchase.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are here to assist you.

Linsoul asked me to commit a crime.

I bought a Simgot Fermat on November 16, the box arrived yesterday and there was a Moondrop Moonriver 2Ti instead of what I paid for.

Of course, knowing all the hoops that Linsoul puts in place to avoid doing right by the customer, I made the unboxing video they ask for in their policy, sent them all the proof required and got an email saying that I had five days to return the product at my own expense with no real assurances that I would be reimbursed besides "trust me bro" and then wait an unspecified amount of time for their quality control to inspect the product (which is still factory sealed, mind you).
Again with no time estimates about it, basically a BS way to wait out the customer protection time window of my payment method.

So far, part for the course for Linsoul according to their policy but my jaw truly dropped when the email also stated:

"8) Please also help to declare the value at $30 to help to process the customs clearance."

Which is a crime in every jurisdiction I know.

Of course I escalated the issue to PayPal and if that doesn't pan out, I'll simply call my bank and say I was scammed, which is precisely what happened, I'm also letting Chinese authorities know about their charming little tax evasion practices.

I've had issues with online businesses before but asking me to defraud customs is a solid first.
Funny because they change their tune completely when selling through Amazon but whatever.

My problem is that Linsoul pays YouTubers to say that they are the most trustworthy and honest of the ChiFi bunch but when it comes the time where they have to be honest, they ask me to commit a crime on their behalf while doing everything in their power to delay my return process until I effectively lose customer protection from my payment method.

Worse still, only after the fact I became aware of the terrible reviews and horror stories regarding Linsoul on HeadFi and Trustpilot.

Do not do business with Linsoul, if you absolutely have to, do it through Amazon because they cannot hold your money for ransom there.

Regarding their answer, yes, only after I escalated the issue to PayPal they proposed a DHL label but what their answer forgot to mention was that the label would be sent (or not) on the condition that I drop the complaint with PayPal first.
I don't know why do they think I would trust them enough to do that but there they are.
Get over yourself Linsoul, you will send me a return label and reimburse me alright but just because PayPal will force you to, otherwise I'd still be stuck in your shady RMA and without my money.
Not today and certainly not with me.

Cheap Customer service

A loyal customer, despite having to pay to return faulty items. This is clearly mentioned in their T&C, so not unexpected. Part of the risk when sourcing on the cheap (keep this in mind). Twice from less than 10 purchase - (different) product fail rate is >10%.
A recent order was supplied incorrectly, with a $25 TWS IEM sent, rather than the $190 dongle DAC I ordered and paid for (including duties). Rather than just crediting me immediately, I was told to place another order for the same cheap TWS IEM. They would ship me my DAC. (I got a $10 discount on an item I never ordered nor have any use for. [LINSOUL, the correct remedy would be to CREDIT YOUR CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY for your mistake, not find a convoluted way of reducing your $15 loss.] Then they shipped me another cheap TWS IEM, no DAC! I paid for the International Express shipping. Now I have 2 pairs of a cheap product I never ordered - one I gifted to a friend, the other I sold at a loss. After waiting for more than 2months for a shipment of the DAC I originally ordered and paid for, they agreed to refund me one shipping cost and give me a voucher for the original amount I paid (less my duties and fees). The (faulty) voucher did not work, but this was eventually resolved by Linsoul. I am currently waiting my last shipment from Linsoul. There are other shopping options out there. I lost $$ over the past year, because I chose to buy from Linsoul.

Hi there,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and negative experience you have encountered with our services. Please allow us to provide an explanation for the recent events.

Initially, we inquired about your willingness to retain the incorrect product while we sent you the correct one.We appreciate your agreement to this proposal. However, due to a communication error, the product was inadvertently sent to you again. We only charged you the promised $15 for both products because we are deeply aware of the inconvenience caused on our part.We aim to minimize your losses while benefiting you as much as possible.

We also express gratitude for your patience during the wait for the correct product and we sincerely apologize for the extended delay, as the delivery time for that specific product has been unstable with no definite processing time. As per your request, we have refunded the amount in the form of a discount voucher.

We wholeheartedly thank you for your patience and understanding during this period. We acknowledge that no amount of apologies can fully compensate for the inconvenience you have experienced. However, please trust that we are accountable to each customer and are actively working to incrementally improve our services.

Thank you for your understanding.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. They sent me a defective amplifier, and wanted ME to pay to send it back to china! The cost of mailing a 50lb amplifier back is ridiculous.
