I ordered one bottle of Cerebra, and assumed by its price I'd be getting a month's supply.
Recommended dosage is 2 per day. Thus 30 pills is only a 15 day supply.
I will return this bottle for a refund, and buy Cerebra elsewhere, at prices similar to my last order from another company.

Buyer Beware! On 4/11/25 I placed an order on-line…

On 4/11/25 I placed an order on-line for the VitaliG, Best Deal, buy 4 bottles and get 2 free and requested express shipping. My son is being treated for prostate cancer and I felt VitaliG might be good for him. When I received the package on 4/22 and there were only 2 bottles in the box although the packing slip showed 4 plus 2 free. I e-mailed the company, no response. I called the phone number given to me for customer service 3 times and spoke with Benny on 4/29, 5/14 and 5/22 who said the product would be sent in 4-5 days each time. I paid $172.95 for the 4 plus 2 free bottles and only received the 2! I called the phone number shown for the company on my credit card statement and got a message that my call couldn't be completed as dialed. This company has serious shipping and customer service problems. Buyers Beware!

this company totally took $ and advantage shipped wrong product and $

This company totally took advantage of my mother. Whom originally ordered Bao+ product, In there mailer they state you can make"2" payments and they will honor it. Well they cashed BOTH checks when one check was written to post that month and then the other the following month. They deposited both checks and sent her the wrong product which was Age FX in which she did not order in the first place! I called to speak to supervisor to get a "return label" and was never connected to supervisor only to call back in 4 to 5 hours with Beni (Customer service ) basically repeating the notes that was taken when they spoke to my mother and was hung up on as well. Told him why is she shipping back at her expense the product she did not order? He then tells me that no shipping label ? I said why not ? It should be ease to generate a shipping label. HE then repeats what was stated to me the same conversation they had with my mother when she called and I as well was told to call back 4 to 5 hours. They then hung up on me.
They told her to ship the product back and they will send her the corrected order ! It is ashamed that she can not get this resolved and only on her expense let alone paying for product she did not order in the first place. It is horrible customer service and total misleading let alone basically stealing when they can not even resolve this issues!!

I ordered two bottles of AgeFX but the package I received contained only one bottle. I Emailed this information to Life Sprout Bioceuticals but received no response. I called them, and afer being on hold for over 30 minutes, I received a message that said I was calling during a time when they were not open for business, although I was calling on a Friday afternoon. I was then directed to leave a message, but when I tried to leave a message, I recived a reply stating that a message could not be left because the Email box was filled to capacity,.

5/4/25 I ordered 6 bottles of AgeFX. 5/9/25 I received only 1 bottle...no note about the rest of the bottles, no email about the rest of the bottles.

5/9/25 I called and he said should receive in 3-4 days. A week went by and 5/16/25 I called again. He said wait a few days for an email about the status...why didn't they send an email from the beginning to let me know what the status was...I just have email that it was shipped and delivered... not happy so far...

We ordered six bottles of AgeFX but received only one.

We ordered six bottles of AgeFX, the Couples plan. We ordered online, 5/1/25, not by phone. We paid $7 extra for expedited shipping. On 5/8/25 we received only ONE bottle with a receipt saying that was our order, #11822.

I called and was told they couldn't see online orders. I finally got assurances that a mistake was made and they would be shipping out our missing 5 bottles right away. It is now the 14th of May and we have NOT RECEIVED OUR MISSING 5 BOTTLES, nor any email that they were shipped. We. spoke with "Jay" on 5/8/25. We have paid $172.95. We want our missing 5 bottles right now!

It took quite a while for the Blok…

It took quite a while for the Blok product to arrive — so much so that I had forgotten that I had ordered it. What’s much worse, though, was that the Blok product may literally have been the worst tasting chewable item I have ever put in my mouth. It was advertised as a delicious gummy — so I was shocked.

Not good. I received a package with a bottle with no label. I called customer service and he could not help. I have name and order number. He told me that I had not placed an order. Told me to email customer support. No response yet. Been a week.

Customer Support reached out stating my email went to spam. They said will send me a new bottle and did make it right by refunding me.
