This company refuses to support…

This company refuses to support subscribers, telling folks who have issues to refer to their hosting company. According to the folks they buy their licenses from to resell, they’re the first point of contact.

When I complained about that, and told then to cancel my licenses, I received an email saying that I haven’t paid in many months, which is not the case.

So folks - if you ask for support and don’t get it, then complain, this will happen to you too.

Installatron, the plug-in we had issues with laid out support is provided when licenses are bought from a 3rd party

We have pics to support the review as well.
