I can only comment on my experience

LHT solicitors, Lytham.
All preparation for our purchase was completed with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. On completion day, LHT saved us from a disastrous situation when the other firm of solicitors, through their complete incompetence, failed to send the funds through in time. Thanks to Andrew’s professionalism and patience we were able to leave our furniture at the new address and complete the following day. We will always use this firm in the future. Thank you LHT.

LHT cannot manage properties correctly

LHT are very bad at managing their properties. I am not a tenant of theirs but live across from one that is not in use and its alarm is constantly going off. Even when they are contacted about it, it takes a week for them to rectify it and the surrounding buildings have to suffer.

Quality of repairs is below disaster…

Quality of repairs is below disaster levels. So disappointed. They came out to improve the bathroom and now it worse than when before the work started. So many phone calls I would honestly say try another housing company if you can because these are a joke!

Very poor customer service

They don't respond to complaints, their officers jump on their high horse and constantly send threatening letters. When you make a complaint against a contractor they side with the contractor. They change locks without giving you a key and so locking you out of your own home. They are incompetent and need to be sacked. I have made a complaint against these weeks ago and not heard anything back and I doubt if I ever will.
