It was great service overall - super responsive, super professional, and really helpful when I didn’t know the volume of my ashes. I would have given 5 stars but some time after I placed the order there was a mix up and somehow my order was cancelled. They said that I cancelled it, I did not cancel - so it was an odd mishap therefore I had to reorder which caused a delay - but the urn came perfectly and their team checked in with me every step of the way since reordering and that nothing was changed.
