I bought 2 weekend tickets for the event that was supposed to be held in Thornbury Leisure Centre 5th & 6th April 2025. It was cancelled on the 13th March 2025, and it’s now 6th July and I still haven’t received my refund. I have emailed LCWW on several occasions, I have only received 3 replies telling me my refund is their top priority. That’s a joke. I contacted Thornbury Leisure Centre to see if the event was even scheduled to happen at all, they replied telling me that the event was booked, but they had to ask several times for a payment to book their events hall, with no reply, and they only heard that the event had been cancelled through a customer who had found out. I tried contacting LCWW on TikTok and they blocked me, I tried the same on Facebook, and again, they blocked me - that is not a company that is trying to do its best to refund people. And as for the reviews on here stating there is a campaign against LCWW and Steven Meserve, I would be inclined to say it’s all of his own making, it doesn’t take 4+ months to refund people. Many of these people are hard working and struggling, and paying for tickets for something like this and being scammed is absolutely disgusting. I hope others will also be reporting them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

The company has been through some torrid times recently - Not least because of a concerted and highly personal campaign to discredit their founder. This didn’t help ticket sales this year and resulted in cancellations. They could easily have gone bust with no chance of refunds but they are holding on and doing their best.

Luckily I booked using a credit card and got a charge back but I also received the email about receiving a refund within 60 days but nothing has happened since. They're saying that they have cash flow issues but why have they spent all our money already?!

It’s a SCAM :(
They cancelled the event without notifying buyers. I reached out because the event was removed from their website days before I was supposed to go. They didn’t respond until the day of and said it was cancelled. I had to call the venue to find out. They said they would send me a refund (this was back in March) and I still have not received it. DO NOT purchase anything from them. They have a history of cancelling events right before the date and do not give out refunds.

They cancelled an event and stated a refund would occur within 60 days. It’s been over 60 days and I still haven’t received a refund. When I reached out, they said they were still working on issuing it. I don’t understand why it takes so long and seems highly unusually and scammy.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They robbed us of £200 which was meant to be on shows in London. What they did is changed the event location last minute and then fully cancelled. Were told to customer service and were ignored. So now cannot attend an event and lost £200 as we were hoping to use a lifetime ticket which is not the case.

Unprofessional Service, Data Breach, and No Refund
I had a very poor experience with Loving Cats Worldwide (LCWW). I am still waiting for a refund, and all attempts to contact the company via email were ignored.
When I reached out politely via Instagram to try and get support, I was blocked — no explanation, no help, just silence.
To make matters worse, I was included in a mass email with dozens of other customers, exposing all of our email addresses. This is a clear data protection breach and has not been properly acknowledged or addressed.
The company’s recent communications have been highly unprofessional — focusing on personal grievances and accusations instead of taking responsibility for unfulfilled refunds and the mishandling of sensitive information. Many people have been affected, and customer concerns continue to be deflected or dismissed.
I’ve now been left with no choice but to escalate this through the appropriate consumer and data protection channels. I would strongly caution others against engaging with this organisation until these serious issues are resolved.

Please avoid at all times! They have cancelled the event on 13 March 2025 for the event which was supposed to be in Bristol on 5-6 April 2025. According to their policy, you need to wait 60 days for refunds to be processed automatically, and now it is June already, and they still have not issued me a refund!

Like many others I bought tickets for a UK event (Bristol) that got cancelled and I've been given the run around since. Copy and paste email responses and it's been well over 60 days their policy states for a refund. Unfortunately, it looks like many of us have been scammed.
I'm not entirely convinced these events are even real given the laughable response I received when requesting a refund update.
I would advise anyone looking to book tickets to one of their events to think again.

Went to LCWW at John Charles Centre on Saturday 14 June 2025 we had a great time. Steven was there and we learned so much about the different breeds of cats. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend visiting . Looking forward to next year's cat show here.

I’m writing this review to warn others about my deeply disappointing experience with Loving Cats Worldwide. I purchased a ticket and membership for Catstravaganza London show, which was originally scheduled for February 2025. I paid £200 in total, expecting a professionally run event.
The show was first rescheduled to March, then abruptly cancelled without proper notice and moved to summer 2025. While they offered refunds for tickets to the cancelled event, I have yet to receive mine—despite being assured it would be processed within 8 weeks.
It has now been more than two months, and I’ve had zero communication from them. I’ve contacted them multiple times via email and received no reply. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Spending £200 on a ticket and membership and being completely ignored when asking for a refund feels like a scam. I urge others to think twice before purchasing anything from Loving Cats Worldwide. Based on my experience, their customer service is non-existent, and they do not honour their refund promises.
Save yourself the money and hassle—do not buy tickets or memberships from them.

Feels like a scam – no refund, had to raise a chargeback
Avoid this company. I bought a ticket for Catstravaganza London (Feb 2025), which they rescheduled to March. I couldn’t attend and requested a refund, which they confirmed in writing would be processed by the end of March.
It’s now June and I’ve received nothing. They’ve ignored my messages for weeks and keep sending copy-paste responses with no actual refund.
This feels like a scam – they take your money, don’t deliver, and make it impossible to get it back. I’ve now had to raise a chargeback with my credit card. Disgraceful and dishonest behaviour.

Bought tickets for the London show in Feb 25, only found out by chance a couple of days before the event that it had been cancelled. Requested a refund - which they said would take 60 days - now just over 90 days and no sign of the refund - as others say, appears to be a Scam - please don’t waste your money!

EDIT: I just received an email of the owner- Steven Meserve. It explained the difficulties the business is facing and the reason that everybody is having many delays. This email wasn’t directly to me but to everyone requesting a refund. I appreciate this communication, while it’s taken a very long time and I already resolved the issue myself, I understand that this business is building back up and may deserve another chance from other customers. Unfortunately this doesn’t change my experience, but I feel this business is not a scam at all and if people all around weren’t struggling financially there wouldn’t be such fury. I hope that this review is helpful in a sense that there were previously many issues with the business but with some more communication from their end comes more understanding from mine, and that their future shows do seem promising if anybody was looking into booking them.
1ST REVIEW: I had booked tickets for a show on my 21st birthday, a London show. The event was cancelled. I then read their refund policy, stating that to receive a refund I would have to request it with them and then wait 60 days. I sent an email requesting a refund, detailing that I booked the tickets using the same email address and name. I received no response and just waited the 60 days. After no refund or response, I sent another email detailing my frustration with having no refund, and not even a simple response in 60 days. I also stated that if it was to remain unresolved I would be taking legal actions based on my rights under the consumers act. I gave a time frame requesting an adequate response, however I received no response or refund still. After revisiting the reviews of this company on various platforms, I saw many people having the same issues. Some people saying they are taking legal actions, so I decided to just dispute with my bank. I find it unprofessional that there are more responses to reviews online than there are to people trying to get through to the business for their refunds. I consistently read from the business that they have sent numerous emails and newsletters to people, and to check their junk mail or apple ID email, therefore I had been doing so. I hadn’t received any communications other than confirmation of my booking and notification of the cancellation. Since requesting my refund, I hadn’t had any form of response anywhere.
