I have been wearing Hair systems for over 14 years now and I have to say the best is LaVivid hair . I just absolutely always find the quality of the hair and the standard is so high ! I have tryed so many different companies over the years but none match to LaVivid from stock to custom systems they do it all .
I’m a massive fan of the custom system and love blonde highlights in them . They are fast and efficient at putting ur dream system to give you the style and confidence u want .

My pacakge was lost and I am anxious as my sis's wedding is coming. I looked around but got nothing. Then I contacted a representative from lavivid, who helped me to file a claim. After 5 days a replacement arrived in time. Thanks for standing in my shoes. It's my first time shopping with you but I'm impressed.

I've been using Helios for 4 months and noticed the hair thinning on top. Ivan from Lavivid offered a free repair, even though they didn't have to. My old supplier charged me $120 for repairs, which felt expensive. Really appreciate Lavivid offering this service and covering shipping - I'll definitely stick with them.

Lavivd Hair ALWAYS delivers the superior custom orders we submit. Retail through YT or other media or Salon / Wholesale, Lavivid Hair provides singularly most superior quality hair replacements the global market place has come to expect.
We teach our customers how to take care of their units and customers can expect a year to a year and a half with each unit. They can expect a longer life when rotating two units. There is no other provider with whom we will do business. They are simply the best. :)
Their customer service is top flight. E-mails are always answered within six hours. Their deliveries have ALWAYS arrived at least a day earlier than scheduled.

I love how soft the skin is - not stiff like some lace ones, and no knots, which is important for me as I worry about it looking fake. Used to buy from somewhere else but Lavid is way better. Might try a #4 next time for a better color match. And their styling service was a great surprise, saved me about $160 on a cut!

I am a licensed barber who uses and installs hair pieces. I have ordered from various other hair piece companies and decided to order Lavivids antimicrobial hairpiece- was not expecting this pleasant surprise. I did the cut in and install myself and I am obsessed with this piece so far. The hair is very manageable- sometimes other hair has felt dry or stiff right out of the box. The base is sturdy and I am completely satisfied.
I usually order the mirage thin skin piece and I am trying this one with a bit of a thicker base, I predict this will last longer since the base is thicker and hair density is more. I truly truly trust this company as I have used their pieces for a few years now and all my requirements check out - good clean realistic hairline, flowy soft and moldable hair, not excessive in density.

I been a customer of Lavivid now since April 2020, I went to another company for 33 years but after Covid they just couldn't get back on track with lead times and was taking a year to make one system for me. Thank goodness for me doing research and finding Lavivid, they have exceeded my expectations. Every hair system they make for me is amazing quality and craftmanship . The customer service is pretty quick and will answer all of your questions or concerns in a timely manor. I buy 4 custom hair systems at a time as I wear my systems for only 6 weeks and than replace them with a new one. If you have any doubts at all about what you may receive from other hair company's, this would be one company I personally recommend to anyone looking to get a hair system.

I'm struggling to choose between knot and vlop but finally go for knot. Their customer service is very professional. They almost tell me everything, the hair texture, pros and cons of a certain unit...I was shocked. I met so many distributors who only want to take money from your pocket but lavivid is not they stand in customer shoes. I'll pay for your honestly and fabulous service. You know what, I find out i love knot better than vlop. That's the meaning of customer service, who really cares about their customers.

I have tried many companies after the closure of hair direct. I tried lordhair awful in quality and customer service. I tried bono hair who are simply thieves.
