I have been using the Lashify system for 5 years now. I started with Lashify after I became allergic to lash extension glue which also made my own lashes basically stubble ! Since using Lashify & their bonds, my own natural lashes are healthier than ever. I love all the different styles but particularly love the more natural, lightweight styles. No need for make up, just Lashify and I’m good to go! The concierge staff are always so very helpful too. If I’ve ever had an issue with a product or order, I’ve emailed or sent a WhatsApp message to concierge and they have quickly rectified whatever the issue was. One very happy customer. I messaged Lashify about a small crack that was in my new Whisper Light bond, and within 30 minutes I received an email confirming a replacement was on the way… some of the most intuitive and kind customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Alexis! 😍😍

Yet another disappointment to learn of a major company adopting someone else's creation and then trying to box the actual creators out of the market via patent. Falsely claims to be the creator while bolstering reviews to hide an inferior quality product. A transparent hostile takeover under the guise of originality. Disgusting.

Been a Lashify customer since late 2021 and have never looked back! Excellent QUALITY in everything! The lash gossamers, the bonds, sealers, etc the tools the kits...they have EVERYTHING wether youre a beginner like i once was, or a pro 10day wearer like I am now! Also customer service is great and subscriptions allow you to save like 50% off everything!

When I received my package it had been opened and my Whisper Light was missing and Katie was able to get it expedited to me so I could wear my lashes to our family wedding. Next day delivery to Canada 🇨🇦. That is truly amazing!

Satisfaction NOT guaranteed! They know their new formulation for their whisper light bond leaves a white cast. I did as instructed and tried shaking it, warming it up in my hands, with a blow dryer, etc and it STILL leaves a white cast so I asked for a refund (I don’t want to bother trying it again only to have the same issue and waste my time and money). They offered me a credit. Then when I also complained about their Ice gossamer lashes not coming out of the case in tact (because no instructions were ever given that they need to be removed by taking a part the plastic lash holder case) and literally falling a part when I tried to remove them, I was told I could be given a partial refund in the form of a store credit. I’ve been a loyal customer of Lashify for yrs and this is how they want to remedy the situation. Shows how little they actually care about customer service or living up to their “satisfaction guaranteed” claim. They used to be great - excellent quality, no issues and ever since they reformulated their bonds, I’ve noticed a significant decrease in quality but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt (unlike them). Not anymore. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been with Lashify for several years, and am actually even one of their trained Pros. I've watched the company go through a lot of growth and change - some of it painful as Sahara navigated pirates and celebrity bullies. But lately, it seems they've risen above in many wonderful ways! With the recent bond issues, I was blown away with the support I received. I didn't expect a credit to be able to replace them, but rather just expected a few tips on how to make them work better. My favorite part of the process though was actually that the Concierge representative told me her name in the email. In the past, especially with the Pro program, support emails always seemed nameless. To me, that's someone responding who doesn't want what they say to come back on them personally. But this time, the responder identified herself (as Kortney), and very professionally and in a friendly manner helped solve the issue. I was very impressed. It truly does feel like Lashify got a "glow up" and is doing some really wonderful things. So thank you, and Congratulations on so much success!

I have been a loyal Lashify subscription customer for several years. Rarely has there ever been a mistake in items shipped, but when it has happened the issue has been corrected promptly and without hassle. Plus I LOVE Lashify products. Always excellent quality ❤️❤️❤️
