It took a while to arrive but after a few days of using and no mascara I already feel like my lashes are healthier ⭐️

It is a good serum and I did see a change, but i also got a really bad alergic reaktion where my eyelids got very dry, and I would get small wounds around my eyes. So if you are sensitive I wouldn’t recommend but otherwise it worked fine. My eyelids are better but they did hurt by just blinking and it it is still not fully gone even after a month.

I'm Italian, and I ordered the serum 15 days ago, I tried to contact a whatsapp number provided by chat gbt but fake, the only available data is their email through which they respond with automatic sentences, generating even more doubts.I don't know what I can do, plese someone help me..

Delivery took ages but I was hopeful when it did finally arrive.
Ive given it more than a month and it has made no difference to my normal lashes..if anything theyre worse.
I normally use grandelash,uk lash but thought id try a cheaper alternative.
Dont waste your time and money..just buy the better ones.
GRANDELASH is 10/10,can make eyes a bit red.
Lilash is a 9/10,can make eyes itchy and give dark circles.
UKlash is an 8/10, can also make eyes itchy
Diablo 6/10
Sinsnlashes 5/10
Forchic 5/10

Ive tried them all and just thought it would be helpful to give you a heads up.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this product, and both times there have been significant delays in delivery. Unfortunately, this time has been even worse than before. I’ve been waiting for over a month with no updates or communication from the company.
I had to follow up multiple times, only to receive the same generic response each time: “We have a high volume of orders; it’s on the way.”
Due to this frustrating experience and poor customer service, I cannot recommend purchasing through their website.

I love the product and how they get reviews fron real people, like people who have been using the product. But I don't know if this is because I live in Sweden but the shipping took a very long time so I have been using it only for one week.

We have been waiting for our order #DE3962749 for 8 weeks and all we ever get from customer service is a lot of mollification. Now our address has been requested again with the claim that the shipment was delivered incorrectly. Our address was entered correctly when we placed the order. According to the carrier's tracking number, our consignment has been in a transit warehouse in Aschaffenburg for 6 weeks. If you look at the other reviews, you can see that many people have never received their parcel.
