Appalling customer service, do not use them. We spent a lot of money with this company so you expect your complaints regarding late delivery and poor customer service, the list is too long, to be taken seriously.After numerous attempts to receive a response to my complaints from the MD Peter Morris we have been forced to take legal advice. The salesmen do not explain or share the terms and conditions with you so be warned they take 40% of the total amount at the time of shipping not 'upon delivery' as stated on the purchase order. Mr Morris has caused so much unavoidable stress.

Having previously had a cheap awning that broke after two seasons, decided to invest in quality this time. The difference with our Lanai MARO awning is night and day - smooth operation, stable in windy conditions, and genuinely waterproof fabric. The installation team was professional and efficient. Worth every penny for something that actually lasts.

Thought long and hard before investing in a glass veranda but it's been one of the best home improvements we've made. Lanai's team guided us through all the options without any pushy sales tactics. The finished product exceeded our expectations - solid construction, clean lines, and fits perfectly with our house style. Already recommended them to neighbors who've now ordered too.

Recently had the Lanai Iris installed in our garden and couldn't be happier with the result. The team was professional from start to finish, taking time to understand exactly what we wanted. Now we can enjoy our garden whatever the weather - had friends over last weekend despite the rain and everyone was impressed with how seamlessly it blends with our house. Absolutely love our retractable awning! It’s perfect for shading the patio during summer lunches, but tucks away neatly when we want full sun. The electric controls are super smooth. Also appreciated that Lanai provided a full walkthrough of how everything works post-installation.

The louvered roof system from Lanai has transformed our patio into a space we can use whatever the weather. Being able to control the angle of the slats means we can manage light and temperature perfectly. Had a small issue with the remote control after installation but their customer service sorted it immediately. Would definitely use them again.
