A Host never shows up for the HFSI training

I had my fire safety meeting paid for and scheduled for Sunday July 6th, 2025 from 5:00pm-9:00pm. I joined the Zoom at 5:00pm and no one showed up to do the LA-HFSI Zoom training lesson. I texted them, called them, emailed them, messaged on WhatsApp, and left a message on the website. All were left with no response for a little over a day. I wasn’t going to leave a review and decided to just disputed the charge and sign up for fire safety/blue card training at different company (because no one was responding on all platforms) until… I ironically received an email from LA-HFSI asking to rate my experience. I took that as a sign from the universe and now I’m here.

I signed up for a class for my fire…

I signed up for a class for my fire card a couple of days ago. I have not received my zoom link and have tried to call and email and Whatsapp and use any and every way to contact the company in hopes of getting my zoom link in time for the class today at 5PM. Nothing! No responses. I am so beyond upset. I needed it to start work this week and now I am not sure what will happen. I can not believe this company isn't a scam at this point. It is 5:13 and I have called a dozen times with no answer.
Very disappointing!

Great class

Brian was a great instructor, even though the class was lengthy. Either way, I received way more than I thought I would learn with the fire safety training, and very much recommended it.

Raph, I know it is long but at least it is not 6 hours like the live classes had to be. Those were really rough. Thanks for the nice review.

Replying to your reply.
Just to clarify, I did not REFUSE to do Zoom, I was having some issues and wanted to know if there was another option if needed. You said the 20% cancellation fee was standard practice. (cancelled just 5 minutes later) This is untrue and has nothing to do with honoring my expectations. You should honor providing a full refund instead of giving a long speech to cover yourself. All this for $10.00? Very unprofessional.

yes you did refuse Zoom & indicated you want to use Microsoft even though website clearly indicates classes via Zoom. You maintained a hostile demeanor through all efforts to assist you. I was surprised observe such hostility from a university level teacher (as ID'd on your email signature). I am glad most students & nurses find our services to be great. It was inevitable that an unhappy client would eventually appear. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify our policies with those who may come across your review.
