From the beginning, K-Swiss has been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit when two Swiss brothers moved to California to create a footwear brand focused on tennis. As avid skiers, the brothers took inspiration from leather ski boots to create a supportive, leather tennis shoe. I bought a few pairs in hopes of fitting a very skinny, long foot, and I was a little apprehensive about how the return would go. But that was a piece of cake! I bought 4 and returned 2, and that process was every bit as easy as an Amazon Prime return! Also, K-SWISS is very respectful of Military Service and promoted a corresponding discount for me to use. Thanks K-SWISS!! As for the shoes that we kept, the fit is good and the comfort is great! The men’s 9.5 seems shorter than other brands (and is typically my husband’s size), So the next size is better for him. Being able to lace up snugly without bunching the entire top of the shoe together is a definite plus.

Great Wide Width Court Shoes!
I play tennis and needed good court shoes. My tennis pro recommended I get K-Swiss. As I have very wide feet, I was skeptical that I’d find a pair that fit. To my surprise, this shoe was super roomy and comfortable. Please note that you will need to go up in size as the shoe is not true to size. I measure at about a 9.5 to 10, but I went up to an 11. They are a tad long, but I manage moving fine. Next time I may try a 10.5. The shoe comes in black and white, and I have both colors to match what I am wearing. The shoe is also very durable.

K-Swiss clearly does not prioritize customer service. The ordering process has been extremely poor. I paid $25 for 2nd-day air delivery, but my order wasn’t even processed until two days later—completely missing the delivery window. It was a time-sensitive purchase due to travel, and I never received the package.
I gave them another chance and placed a second order, again paying $25 for 2nd-day air. I ordered on Saturday, but it wasn’t processed until Tuesday—only after I made multiple phone calls. In the end, I had to ask a friend to pick up the package for me.
This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I believe I’m entitled to a refund for the shipping fees at the very least.
