It is a scam

It is a scam probably!!
I bought a National England kit for kids on 4th December and it never received, now it is 24th December and I am hopeless. The tracking parcel stopped to update on 9th Dec. My nephew will not receive a gift he asked for Christmas.
I contacted them more times and received a response to be patience because the parcel will be delivered, but after almost 20 days.

I do not need any refund, this does not repay the the delusion for a kid. I hope only that some authority can verify the authenticity for this Web site.
