I still have not received my complete…

I still have not received my complete order so it’s hard to say whether it will be the correct grill and accessories. Today is the latest day my order was promised for delivery yet it is now scheduled for at least 5 more days down the road. Use of FedEx may be the problem, as they have continued excuses for failing to deliver. I have always found UPS to be much more efficient.

Coordination with shipping company is poor

I ordered a part for my BBQ that we need a contractor to install. The estimated delivery date came and went with no word from Kick Ass Grills - the delivery went through Spotix, so I contacted them - they investigated and found out that the part had been "lost", which apparently in this case meant it was shipped to the wrong customer. They did have an additional one sent as soon as this happened but it put our project behind, and I have still never heard from Kick Ass Grills about any of this. This lack of communication is unacceptable so I will not be ordering anything from them again.

Thank you for the feedback. Spotix and KickAssGrills are the same company. Once this order ships and we email you a shipping confirmation, we do not have the resources to watch every order to make sure that it delivers. We are sorry that this item was lost by the carrier, it is an unfortunate thing we deal with quite a bit in the shipping world. The only thing we can do is when we are made aware it did not deliver to the correct address is to act quickly and take care of our customer as soon as we can. Which is what we did, as soon as we were made aware that you had not received the item on 8/13, we took action and had a replacement sent out by our vendor and made sure it had shipped out and delivered within a week. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused, but we worked as quickly as we could to make sure you were taken care of and got a replacement item. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do for you.

No order delivery for 3 weeks.

I placed the order of May 3. Today is May 27 - no order, no communication, no response to my email that I sent on May 10 chasing the order. I guess, I'll just file a dispute with the CC and stay away from this site. This delay blew all the delivery estimates. Are they dropshipping? Unacceptable customer service.
