I love my ring and the quickness in response from customer service. The only negative thing is the requirement for someone 21+ to sign for the ring when you can order the ring at an age less than 21. My fiancée ordered this ring for me and we’re 20 so this made it difficult to navigate the delivery sign off. Outside of that I love this company and cannot wait to order my wedding band from them!

Great company to work with! I was worried about making such a big purchase online but they made the experience very easy. Excellent experience! It took me months to decide which jeweller to order from and with Keyzar I had excellent customer service from the jump. Their options for payment instalments really helped affordability as well. I also sent my ring back for resizing and it was free, and only took a week! Safe to say she loved the ring and she said YES!! I was blown away by the ring from the jump, craftsmanship is amazing. Naturally, I was terrified of making a purchase like this all online, but this couldn’t have been any better. I made a bunch of changes along the way like sizing and even changing the diamond but they still delivered in great time, so I can't thank them enough and will surely recommend Keyzar to friends and family. I was really impressed with the quality of the ring. I saw many pictures on various social media platforms and thought “I hope it looks like that” and it really did. I LOVE my 4 ct radiant Diamond u-prong eternity ring. 20 stunning, perfect, radiant cut diamonds. I am a very picky perfectionist. The prongs are smooth and the ring is comfortable.
Great price, amazing quality and shipped faster than promised. I could not be more pleased and I will buy from them again. I highly recommend Keyzar.

Very easy to customize and order. The ring came in pretty fast - about two weeks of making it and 1 day of shipping. Crazy fast shipping. Beautiful shipping package/box. My only complaint, and it’s a little more important than the rest of the good comments, is that the prongs are all even. One is a little shorter. The small imbalance in symmetry is catching my eye when I look down. Otherwise, the ring is beautiful and the service is A+++.
