This is definitely the place to go to with ear issues. Thoroughly recommend!
Itchy ears taken to GP who said 'olive oil drops, they're full of wax, can't see anyway. Outcome, still itchy ears, now fully blocked with wax and oil and not being able to hear properly. Desperate appointment as a result of a quick online search for somewhere local (the first one I could get - which was actually only a wait of 2 days - hurrah). Wendy was considerate, explained everything, cleared both ears (horrid impacted wax), checked both ear drums (both look fine - one was a bit pink and irritated from the worst solid hard wax lumps). It's been good ever since! Definitely I will go back there if I need to. Also I will make sure to cover my ears (as recommended) when in breezy/wet situations to reduce the recurrences! I definitely landed on my feet - because having raved about this to two other local friends - they both said 'oh, that's where we've been - it's really good'. So there you have it. This IS the place to go!

What a fantastic service Kernow Ear Health provides.
Wendy was excellent.
She made me feel comfortable and explained the procedure clearly.
Both of my ears needed treatment after a lot of sea swimming and surfing without earplugs.
I am pleased to say that I now have my hearing back and have taken on the advice given, by Wendy, to wear earplugs for future sea shenanigans.

Fantastic service, care and attention
Having developed clogged ears i made two visits to Specsavers who cleared one ear but could not clear my right ear. Specsavers advised to go back to my GP and get a referral to ENT services. Waited 17 days to get a G P appointment now I received a ENT appointment in 10 Weeks time at the end of August.
Found Kernow Ear Health in St Columb Major in an Internet search.
Explained my situation to Zoe who despite no available appointments made room for me the next day.
Zoe spent the best part of 3 appointment times trying to unblock my right ear. (Spent 40 years wearing ear plugs at work which had probably compressed ear wax)
Zoe gave me some Sodium Bicarb ear drops to put in to soften the remains wax.
I returned 3 days later (yesterday) and within minutes Zoe cleared my ear.
WHAT OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND CONSIDERATION FOR MY PAIN AND DISCOMFORT. ZOE i cannot thank you enough for fitting me in, such kind and considerate care, friendly professional staff a credit to your industry.

Extremely professional and also nice and friendly. Excellent treatment and advice. I would never entrust my difficult ears to anyone else. I live in Hertfordshire but visit relatives in Sy Columb twice a year and always visit the clinic for my tricky wax removal. Never found anyone at home who can succeed like these people. Highly recommended. Ears are so precious!

Great and successfil ear care
Been a patient/Customer for a few years now. Great care and advice from the outlet vastly improved some poor ear condition . Seen every six months for wax removal and ears are always in good health now for which I blame Bridget my ear care nurse.
