We instructed Gary and his son to remove an old velux window and replace it with a new one. They took their time and even made sure to make it good inside internally painting the surrounding window. They were very tidy and laid dust sheets up the stairs and in the room they were working. It was difficult to find people who fitted velux windows so it was nice to find these who took their time and didn’t rush the job.

I was recommended Gary by the estate agent we bought the house from. Gary came around to meet us and provided us with a very detailed quote. The work was started and finished on time to the highest quality with lots of photo updates which was great. A few horrors appeared which Gary and team managed perfectly. Great to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending this top class and honest company and wish Gary and Team nothing but success.

As a first time buyer of an old property, being able to understand what is wrong with your property is so important, as it helps you to make an informed decision. That was our experience with Kent Coast Studios.

Gary’s initial home visit was very informative and through. He showed me pictures and videos of my roof to help to understand the problems. As an homeowner this really helped me feel confident about making decisions. He was happy to answer all my many novice questions. With no obligation to use his company.

As Steve and Mike worked on our roof they were professional, friendly and tidy. Gary kept us informed and updated throughout the day. Once work was completed we were sent videos and photos of our repaired roof. Which looks really good.

I would highly recommend this company, as I’m now excited about my roof because of them.

Gary & hes team done a great job replacing a missing roof tile even replaced a additional tile and cleared gutter at no extra cost would highly recommend.

Gary has been a pleasure to work with.
We are doing a large conversion of house / church property and have been working with Gary for 2 years.

The lead roof he did over our porch is stunning. He and his team clearly know what they are doing with Kent peg tiling and the supporting timber work.

For me though, on top of the quality being exceptional, what really made the difference is he was where he said he was going to be when he said he would be there. He invoices on time and everything is clearly set out, and he does his best to keep costs down on materials.
His team and nice and professional.

Sorted out our balcony. Replaced some rotten wood that we discovered along the way. Nothing was too much. The results are great.

We used Gary and his son to replace our guttering, soffits and facias.
My husband and I are so happy with their work, it’s made a huge improvement to our home. I would highly recommend them and would call them straight away for any future work we have done.

Wow....What a great father and son team had a leak in my sons bedroom Gary & Brandon turned up late afternoon ladder out and up they went , replaced some tiles and hope problem was solved.
Sadly after a stormy day still had a leak.
These guys are busy and after a few months and great communication the scaffolding went up and the repair was on.Took 3 days and a lot of hard work but so clean , tidy and methodical so worth the wait.
End result was a professional and left as if they were never there clean and tidy, price is worth every penny Gentleman and scholar.

With working from home becoming the norm I wanted to get my garage converted into a small office. Gary and Brandon were great throughout (even going through all the various options at quote stage). Nothing was too much trouble even when I started to make amendments throughout the build. Extremely happy with the end result! Thanks again Gary and Brandon!
