Watch broke, no refund and no reply

My 'G Shock' watch broke well within warranty. I asked to get a refund to which they agreed if I sent the watch to America (to an address that does not exist). I have tried emailing the, 10+ times to get a refund and heard nothing. The watch was returned as the address was to a mall in the US where they said no watch shop exists!

AVOID at all costs. I now have a watch which does not work and no refund, and the worst part is they refuse to reply to any email or message via their website. AWFUL company and I very much doubt their watches are genuine.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Stupidly ordered from here then realised the PayPal and email address the messaged from where all different. So I looked up reviews of the company and found this page! I immediately cancelled the order and have been waiting on a reply. They won’t answer any emails to say how long it will take so I’m currently going through PayPal. Avoid at all costs!!!

Retailer selling fake goods

Don't go anywhere near this online store, they sell fake g-shocks. Looks to be U.S. based, address shown is a print shop in Scottsdale, Arizona, (look it up on Google Street View) but is in fact in China. You have been warned!!

0 stars. Watch is so obviously a fake, just a 2 second glance at the advertised picture and the delivered version show up laughably bad visual differences, not to mention the buttons do not work as they should, incorrect model number, no barcode on the tag... (I have 5 other similar, genuine Casios...).

Also the site secrectly charges you in a different currency to that quoted so you end up paying more than advertised + a non-sterling transaction fee.

Avoid.

i bought a G Shock watch for xmas and…

i bought a G Shock watch for xmas and when i received it the digital part of the watch was defective and it had a scratch on one of the hands. i emailed the company and they said in a blunt email send it back and we will send a new one. i asked them would i be reimbursed for the cost of sending the watch back to them in TEXAS USA. They replied that they would cover the cost. They had the watch back and refunded me without asking and lied about reimbursing me for the cost of sending it back.
so i have been ripped off by this company they are liars and conned me out of money and they sell defective goods. not even worth one star
! STEER CLEAR !
