This was my first experience with Kathy Kuo and it won’t be my last. I asked if a lamp shade could be purchased separately and customer service researched it with the vendor and later sent me an email that it’s possible. The measurements online were available/accurate and the order was seamless with delivery and payment. Another customer service person or a bot may have simply said it’s not possible without checking. Now I will shop you regularly for my home needs. Thank you!

Been waiting for 3 months for my table.... showed up a month late. table was broken, now the table is being reput back together and there is a pointing finger match between Kathy Kuo and Metropolitan delivery. I still don't have my table and they just tried to deliver me a dresser.... after 3 months no table and chairs and it was a 3 week turnaround promise. horrible company and wayyyyy overpriced.

Chair is too low and close to the ground. I’m small and it’s too big and too low for me. I had a bigger friend sit in it and he felt it leaned back too far and the hole between the seat and the back was too big. Not a good purchase.
