Why so ugly? Lol.
The price was great and shipping was fast. My only complaint, and it is very nit picky lol, is that this mat is uglier than the one I need to replace. My old one has nice light 'Jumpsort' branding in the middle of the mat; this new one has bright white, very visible branding in multiple places on the mat. I will definitely get over it and enjoy this mat as long as it lasts me.

After doing some investigating, our records indicate that your trampoline order was delivered via a mail forwarding and storage service you had arranged. When the holding period expired, the forwarding service returned the item to our warehouse without submitting a return request on your behalf. Unfortunately, this resulted in the trampoline being returned to us unexpectedly and initiated the return process.

The customer service team was outstanding. They rushed in with a re-ship solution, after a screw up with my USPS carrier marked my shipment return to sender. I recieved an immediate call on deliver of the package back to Jumpsports production facility. Their excellent agent Cindy Hylton said they would re-ship the package USPS priority to get me the chord set ASAP. No worries about any costs, and bumping it to fastest priority delivery. She confirmed my correct address (which they already had) and she sent me tracking notification. I was impressed with their dedication to supporting me, even as the error was neither mine, nor theirs, and was a USPS carrier error. I had a few questions on tension configuration for the bands (44 inch PRO). She gave clarified answers, and also answered questions on the petal type trampoline mat and how to inspect it for age, wear and tear. She was great. Spot on. Even timely, because her call was near the end of their workday, but was within minutes of the USPS confirmed date time stamp for delivery. Overall, Jumpsport is first class, all the way. Their products are well developed, fit for purpose, and great for health and exercise. They went way beyond in how they handeled a mistaken return shipment from USPS.

Jump sport made it easy! I love my rebounder. It is so fun and I jump every time I walk by as well as putting in a solid 15 minutes a day. My legs are strong in a months time of rebounding. So much better than my old spring. So gentle on the body. I’m hooked!

So far I am loving my JumpSport. This is the second rebounder I have tried so I don't have a lot to compare it to. but I do like it a lot. It feels good, I think it is the exact right amount of resistance and spring. It is a lot of fun to use.
