Despite the size chart, my shirt does not fit me what actually fits. They strictly refuse to give me my money back, let alone send me a new one. A mistake whose side has no insight! I will never order there again. I will also get my money back, my lawyer will be contacted

Items came in 2 months, the kit came without ucl patch tho I attached it, and when I asked customer support for refund of the full shirt or resend , they refused and refund only for patch , but I don’t need the kit without the patch, but these guys don’t care. replies are so late like you have to wait 3-4 days just for the reply from support both on Whatsapp and Email. And quality is not the best tho

I ordered a shirt and it came damaged and ripped, when asked for refund or replacement they only gave me a voucher for half the value, horrible experience, never again.

Absolute Terrible Do not order from them either something will happen shipping took over 2 months for me then after it was in my country i got a notification that i have to pay fees or else my shirt would get returned the price of the fees were like another shirt, this never happend before. Avoid ordering from them at all cost. Terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid joyfball.com at all costs.

Shipping took forever. I ordered a shirt and waited ages, only to receive the wrong one. When I contacted customer service (which, by the way, took days to respond each time), they brushed it off and offered me a $10 voucher—after I spent $50 on a shirt I didn’t even order.

To make it worse, they said that if I wanted a refund, I’d have to pay out of my own pocket to ship the wrong item back. How is that even remotely fair when they’re the ones who messed up the order?

This whole experience was beyond frustrating. The customer service is slow, unhelpful, and doesn’t seem to care at all. Save yourself the hassle and shop literally anywhere else. Never again.

Do not buy from here I bought 3 shirts I contacted support via WhatsApp on (joyfballdotInfo) while talking to
Them they said they do not know that website I just mentioned and I basically just threw away $70
I just hope these shirts magically appear in my parcel locker in a month and if not I’m suing this company for being scammers
While contacting WhatsApp support I asked the supporter about how long will it take to ship and what country the shirts are coming from and the supporter completely ignored me and talked about something else
Horrible support I’m atleast lucky he/she answered my message because I read the reviews and people are saying they don’t answer your messages and ignore you!
