ORDER NEVER RECEIVED

I ordered these nails on 02/25/25 and I live in the USA. I was getting order updates through SHOP from the carrier and apparently there was an "attempted delivery" twice, then no other updates. When I contacted Joyee's customer service, they claimed that the receiver (me) rejected the parcel. If I'm waiting on $100 worth of nails, why would I reject the parcel? I have repeatedly contacted their customer service and now they aren't responding to my emails. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

We've only had two orders in the last six months where we've had delivery issues due to rejections, so after just reviewing your feedback on Trustpilot, we quickly found our communication records:
The package did fail on the first delivery, and after you contacted us, we quickly contacted the carrier, who responded with a rejection by the recipient. I understand that this is not consistent with your response to us, this may be the carrier did not contact you, or maybe it is something else, in any case, from the way we can query the information we can get as long as the parcel was rejected, and the parcel has been returned to the warehouse on the way, so we had to feedback this information to you, and take measures to communicate with you to re-delivery.
The communication process, because you denied that it was rejected, and we could not therefore spend a lot of time with the carrier to confirm this intermediate problem, because it is likely to be fruitless. So we had to bear the cost of the second delivery to ensure that the parcel could be delivered without any problems.
After you agreed to the second delivery, we received the confirmed address from you and sent it back to our carrier as soon as possible. However, since the package was not returned in time (we pushed the carrier at least 3 times), we did not receive any further updates, so we did not send you any “unknown information” during the waiting time.
Until April 20, we finally waited for the carrier to give us feedback, telling us that the package has been in the way of the second delivery, we also sent you an email at the first time to tell you the result, hope you pay attention to the package and delivery information. Also on April 20, the same day, we checked the tracking information, and the final result marked that the redelivery has been completed.
We understand your feelings very well, so we elaborated so much to you, we are not trying to shirk our responsibility, but we hope to tell you that when the parcel encountered delivery problems such as uncontrollable factors, we have been actively cooperating to solve the problem, and also bear the extra cost to ensure that the parcel is delivered, we did not cheat you, and did not fail to respond to your information, hope you can understand what we have done.
Lastly, we hope that this unexplained incident will not affect your mood afterward, in any case, thank you for your feedback, we will think about how to solve this kind of problem better when we encounter it later❤️

Pretty nails, but quality doesn't justify the price

I've ordered twice from Joyee, shipping takes a while (around 2 weeks) to get to Australia. Their 'short' almond nails are still quite long, so if you want more comfort make sure to order oval or square extra short.

Prices are reasonable for hand-made nails, but I've had quality issues both with the painting quality for one set, and for another set one of the 3D flowers literally was not solid and scraped off. I contacted customer support to request a refund or a replacement set, and they cited it's old wear and tear (I'm wearing the nails the 2nd time) so they can only replace the one nail that broke, and I had to pay shipping. I'm not paying shipping to get one nail.

Not buying from here again, there are better nail brands and sets, even from Aliexpress.

It is true that our short almonds are not particularly short, however we do offer extra short almonds in lengths, and for the handmade sets on the website, we offer customization in all 17 different lengths and shapes, and for all shapes we offer extra short options, so you don't need to pay extra to choose to customize different lengths and shapes.
Regarding the flowers falling off, I apologize for the bad experience. I'm sure you've already communicated with our customer service staff, but we'd like to clarify here. Although the nail sets are wear and tear items, if they break within 1-2 months of the customer using Joyeenails' nail sets, we will provide the customer with a free replacement for the problematic nail. Regarding postal delivery, we will provide customers with the option that you can choose to have them mailed together with your next purchase or individually (if the quality problem arises within the time limit of the report, we will take care of the shipping cost, but if it's lost or for other reasons the shipping cost will be borne by the customer). As long as the first time to contact us, we will reserve this right for him.

Lovely customer service

The nails are super nice but what stood out especially is the outstanding service. I once needed to get my order in time for a date, another time I messed up my order and chose the wrong size. Both times I just wrote on instagram and not only are they super nice but they seem to do anything to cater the clients needs. I can only recommend them!

Beautiful nails

They make beautiful quality press on nails. I have ordered from them twice now, very pleased with them. I was hesitant for a while to order, cause it seemed expensive, but after looking at other companies' prices and products, I am okay with their pricing, as they even let you customize the nail length, shape and size as well.
