Journey Clinical was born out of our CEO Jonathan Sabbagh’s personal mental health transformation with psychedelic therapies. After gaining relief from chronic burnout and PTSD, Jonathan and his co-founder Myriam Barthes wanted to support the millions of people living with mental illness in this country to access these powerful treatments safely and responsibly.

Lies and Obstruction

Great setting up, but decide to go elsewhere, and their "clinicians" drag their feet with discharge paperwork. They will also lie about clinical studies and what other providers do. It's all about money with them. Stay away.

I appreciated the professionalism the team had with me as I took this recommended treatment into consideration for myself this year. I'm still not sure how I can talk to…

I'm still not sure how I can talk to you in person. My consultation was with Amy Della Rocca. I had to get in touch with the pharmacy and see what was going on with my shipment of Ketamine. Somehow there must have been some confusion on the script. According to the pharmacy I should have been finally filled this past Friday. Still haven't heard that it has been shipped and no tracking number.

Well-organized, with a few glitches

The practitioner was helpful and thorough. When I had a concern, I got a prompt response to my email. My ketamine arrived reasonably promptly.

I have only two concerns. First, the practitioner told me to discontinue my Gabapentin, but was not clear about when to stop it. Instead of stopping only on the day of my ketamine session, I stopped it several days before, and had withdrawal symptoms. I emailed Journey Clinical about this, and they said they would discuss it with the practitioner.

Second, the delivery from the pharmacy requires a signature, but I was not told when to expect delivery. I can’t stay home all day waiting for a delivery.

It was an interesting experience and…

It was an interesting experience and did open up blocked memories. I was suprised how quickly the meds dissolve and before I realized I swallowed most of the first dose. I wound up taking the entire dose with the boaster dose. I also took 8mg of Zofran. I had problems coming out and when I did I had nausea with vomited. My therapist David Zimmerman did an excellent job guiding me and took care of me until my husband got there. The hallucinations were weird but helpful as to the root cause of my PTSD.

Very responsive

I've been with Journey for a little…

I've been with Journey for a little over a year and I've been very happy with the service they provide. The educational and networking opportunities are excellent. I don't really need patient referrals and if that was my primary goal I would likely not be a member. I've received a few referrals and those have been excellent. They provide a lively and helpful community for KAP therapists and prescribers.

Endless Possibilities & Positive Client Experiences

They will mainly try to get money out…

They will mainly try to get money out of you, with the promise of helping you grow as a therapist. I didn't have a good experience as a therapist or patient. I was charged for mistakes made by the delivery people, charged for medication.I never got and I had to work for 4 hours for free and was never paired with someone to help me, because my assigned peer left the company after I assisted her. It is a great treatment that could truly help many people, but journey clinical did not meet the expectations.
