Not good if you need tires fast
Ordered a couple MTB tires that supposedly were in stock at the time, according to the website. A week later they still had not been shipped which was very disappointing as I needed them. I did call customer service to ask since there was no proactive communication. The rep was nice and helpful but I had to cancel my purchase and for some from my LBS.
