My son subscribed via his mobile phone…

My son subscribed via his mobile phone without me knowing and is going to be charged £4.50 a week. The login details and password he was given both do not work and texting the provided number to Stop subscription also does not work. As far as I can tell it is 100% a scam and have had to change mobile phone provider.

Received a text from them in the middle of the night saying I will be charged £4.50 a week!
I have never been on this site and I have no idea how they got my number. I’m trying to get my money back but can’t get past the robot in the phone tree.
