Just received an absolutely beautiful…
Just received an absolutely beautiful pair of 0.26 tcw Burmese rubies. They were perfectly matched in size, and the color was truly phenomenal (excellent clarity and cut as well). Gil Paz assisted me with this order, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the goods AND the customer service. I will definitely be back (this is my 2nd order, actually--- in the first order I received a tiny Ruby that was perfection as well as an assortment of fantastic tiny natural diamonds
that I wound up using to complete a few jewelry projects).

Israel Diamonds is a perfect place for presents
Israel Diamonds is the online store where I have been coming back for presents since 16 years. They still have a great choice for virtually all budgets and occasions. Also, they are very welcoming and helpful - when I needed different stones set in eternity ring than usually sold, they manufactured an extra piece for me without any overpay. The service and communication of the company is swift, efficient and absolutely dependable. My most recent experience with the clearance issues regarding the import to the EU (new regulations since 2024) was extremely pleasant because everything was managed by Israel Diamonds and things ran smooth. For a next present I shall come here again.

Pendant Purchase
I made a mid December initial inquiry about purchasing a loose emerald for a pendant. I chatted online and over the phone with Gil who was very helpful. I was concerned about the timing, specifically asking if my purchase would arrive before Christmas. Then I decided to add a diamond to the pendant. Then I decided to have Israel-Diamonds create the setting. Then I decided to also purchase a chain to go along with pendant. With very little time to spare Gil had the CAD drawing sent to me for approval (10 hour time change made it difficult to chat in real time) and began the creation of my piece. The item was mailed out on the 18th of December, traveled through 2 major hubs where it had to clear customs in both places but was delivered to my doorstep in the afternoon on Christmas Eve. Incredible effort on Gil’s part to make this happen when most other companies would not have done so.
Then there is the jewelry itself. What an amazing result! Gil helped me select the emerald, sent photos, and helped me with the diamond also. He sent several pictures to help me choose the right chain. This took a lot of his time and made the experience feel very personal. Upon arrival the piece looked better than the photos and upon opening the gift, well, she was stunned to say the least.
I began this process being uncomfortable with an online purchase, much less from a company halfway around the world. Every part of this transaction was first rate, I-D and Gil were very trustworthy. 5 stars only because 6 is not available!

Last minute
I ordered last minute and was not sure about the website. I then received an email confirmation and a tracking number. The problem was it would only say "Label created " which usually means that no package has been shipped. I thought I might have gotten scammed so I contacted them and they answered all of my questions immediately. They assured me that the diamonds had been shipped. I received my order and my wife was extremely happy. The diamonds are beautiful. I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with.

Stones for new ring
I placed my order for a Center diamond and side stones after several multiple question emails. (US toll free number never worked, nor did the international number). All questions were answered in a timely manner and were very forthcoming with information. I appreciated it. I placed the order on 10/6, shipped on 10/7 and received it at my door on 10/9 after clearing US customs. So great service all the way. Would have been easier had the phones worked but, in the end, very successful. The stones that arrived were in order, exactly what I ordered and very beautiful. I have purchased from ID before and will again.

First time ordering here, but having read the glowing reviews I felt very confident everything will go smoothly, and it did!
The prices are very, very good, the website is simple and easy to use too.
My order was confirmed within a couple of days (I ordered on a Friday and it was confirmed on the following Monday.
It was shipped swiftly and delivered on the 3rd business day.
The diamonds are fantastic, certification was included and few days later I have received their appraisal via email too.
