DO NOT give them any money!

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing this useless software which is not compatible with IOS 8.
I have requested a refund about 12 times in the past 2 weeks without success!
I too am trying to contact and make a complaint with my CC company, but will not hold my breath.

scam

I really think they knew this from the start..

Bad news for would-be jailbreakers of iOS 8.2 beta 1 or beta 2—both firmwares are no longer being signed. There seems to be conflicting reports going around about whether or not Apple has killed access to beta 1, beta 2, or both beta firmwares, but I can personally confirm that Apple has shut down access to both.

Why is this significant? It’s significant because iOS 8.2 beta 1 and beta 2 were the only firmwares available that allowed users to jailbreak using PP Jailbreak on Mac or TaiG on Windows.

So what to do now? The only option right now is to wait it out. There are rumors flying around that TaiG may be holding on to an iOS 8.2 jailbreak, and if the past six months are indicative of anything, I’d say that that’s a distinct possibility.

Reports are stating that Apple may drop iOS 8.2 this Monday, so I guess we will see whether or not the TaiG iOS 8.2 jailbreak rumors are true sooner than later.

Obviously, if you’re on iOS 8.1.2, or iOS 8.2 beta 1 or 2, you want to stay right where you are. If you’ve updated to iOS 8.1.3, you’re going to have to wait it out for a while.

DOES NOT WORK - DO NOT USE!

They cannot unlock a iPhone running iOS 8.3 - they then tell you to downgrade to 8.2 but the software they provide can only work on iOS 8.1 - I want a full refund which they offer but I'm not holding out any hope.

DO NOT USE Will not refund money if it doesn't work

I also thought this was a great deal since it was GUARANTEED with a no questions asked refund. I even did a chat before buying spelling out my phone and ios information and asked if this was guaranteed. Of course they did and a "No problem refund". It didn't work of course and all they do now is keep offering me chip cards that I know won't work since I already tried that also. I'm disputing with my credit card company. THIS IS A SCAM!!!
From their web page:
Our team works hard to a high quality unlocking system for all our customers. We are so sure of our products that we have no problem offering a 100% money back guarantee on any order that is placed. We offer a no question asked refund policy so if you feel for any reason that our iPhone Unlock / Jailbreak solution doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund with no questions asked.

Scammers

thought i did my homework and selected a reputable service, at the time their reviews were mixed. My phone had a clear history so I thought there shouldn't be any irregularities.

paid, received confirmation email that I had purchased a "pre-paid" service and the final cost may be higher. That should have been a red flag. emailed them and received no response. emailed them again and no response.

And now all the reviews are negative.

Scam service

This is a fraudulent service, like others I was told

' I've just heard back from our unlock team and they just informed us that your unlock has been rejected by AT&T, the official reason for rejecting your unlock is always that there was 'account irregularities'.

Whilst they won't specify exactly what irregularities they are, it's usually either that you haven't pay your bills on time in the past or you still owe them money and they're worried about not getting their money from you.'

total nonsense as I have never missed a payment, its a scam as they ask you to pay another $99 to get a more advanced service
