scam company

It’s definitely a scam company… I’ve been waiting for six months to get my money back (which, by the way, is a significant amount), and there’s no way… They either reply with automated responses or provide no updates at all. I truly believe this company is just trying to scam people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

abandoned by the insurer INTERMAC USA

I contracted travel insurance with Intermac assistance USA for our trip to the USA to see our son (student) and grandson, I had to call it on 06/09, because my wife had severe neck pain, the insurance company directed us to the nearby hospital Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids MI, she was attended and after a few days the bill arrived and we called the insurance company to make the payment, to our surprise they claimed that the case would be a pre-existing disease, but the medical report shows a stiff neck and that according to the contract signed between the parties, such illness does not constitute a pre-existing illness, but a sudden or unforeseen illness.
