Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Just to get a quote they asked confusing questions. Then when I got the email they were saying they can't give me a quote. So I call and their rep Cole gritz was of no help I told him I just needed basic coverage and he was dragging on about my website and that the quote was asking for to much and when I informed him that the quote was inaccurate he didn't seem to want to help I do not recommend anyone use this company for insurance I'm going over to next insurance atheist their costumer support team is polite and helpful

Extremely disappointed
The representative helping us Alejandro Ponce did not do his job correctly and put the workman's comp in the wrong name after I told him five times which name it was supposed to go in. Luckily the people at b i b i r k working on this. Very disappointed in the service and also Alejandro put a charge with a different company for something we didn't need now I am having to deal with that I feel that your company is a fraud and is adding on charges to other people who don't notice until it is too late

Very Bad services.. False commitment , No accountability .. Agency are hurry to get their commissions. Post sales has no customer service, zero professionalism . We had a very difficult situation with them because of their casual approach.
