I would like to edit the first review I made regarding my dealings with Instrmnt but there does not appear to be a way of doing this.
So I would like to say that my watch has been replaced or mended, there is no way of knowing which, for the 3rd time and I have to say my experience of their customer services has been brilliant. I should not, of course, have had to return the watch 3 times but given that I did have to, they made it as easy and as quick as possible.
I have only given 4 stars and they all reflect the service I have had. Needless to say I do not yet know whether the new watch will keep time. I live in hope. I still think it is a beautiful watch and worth taking a chance on.
