Excellent Customer Service
I was very happy with the prompt response to my email. The headset was not working, and they promptly sent me another. I was still having problems when they asked me what windows did I have and when i stated it was 'Vista' they said do not use dongle. So when I removed the dongle the headset now works perfectly and I am so grateful for the excellent support.

Beyond their duty (and my expectations)
My skype headphones needed assistance, but no longer had invoice, item was replaced in a matter of days just based on my word.
This company deserves five stars and a bow.

Problems but customer service excellent
My experience with this company is mixed.
My first experience was negative but then it was positive.
I received the item I ordered later than the longest time they quoted and when I received it (despite it being well packed) a small plastic part was damaged making the headphones unusable.
The positive part was how they dealt with the difficulty.
When I hadn't received the item after the 10 days quoted, I contacted them. They got back to me quickly, apologised and asked if I could wait 20 days (it came within that time). They also offered me a couple of free Skype hours to compensate me for the lateness, which was a nice goodwill gesture.
When I informed them about the damaged item (mostly in CAPITALS) they stayed polite, apologetic and immediately offered to refund my money or resend an undamaged item.
I decided to get a new one sent out.
Unfortunately they then found they had run out of stock. They offered a different headset or, again, a full refund.
This time, as they were unsure how long it would take to restock, I opted for the refund.
Although my dealings with them were not good (in terms of not getting the item I wanted), I am VERY impressed with their attitude and swift helpful customer service.
I have always believed that mistakes happen everywhere and sometimes, no matter what company, things don't always run smoothly. But it is how a company deal with the problems that makes you either trust them again or never go near them again and give them appalling word of mouth advertising.
Despite my not getting the item I wanted they have dealt with me quickly and respectfully and I have not lost any money.
I may find some other headphones in the mean time but if I don't I may buy these headphones from this company when they are again in stock. I feel confident in my dealings with them and so, despite the problems, would recommend them.

How Customer Service Should Be
Though I didn't find it easy to get an initial message to Instoreshop, once I was able to contact them, this was the most satisfying customer service experience I have ever had. They'd have gotten 5 out of 5 if I hadn't had to work so hard to get the initial message in!
I've already recommended the product I bought to three friends based on its performance. I'm glad to say I can now further recommend the company, based on their excellent post-sale support.

Customer Service As It Should Be
I had a problem with my wireless headset brought approximately a year ago. I emailed them to ask if they did spare parts but instead they offered to replace the headset for no cost. Now that's what I call Customer Service. I must thank Cecile, I was impressed with the instant reply and the support given.

Exceptional Customer Service
I purchased an wireless headset and paid probably more than I would have liked but was pleased with the product when it arrived. Unfortunately I had to contact Instoreshop to explain that the product was faulty. Using their online customer services portal, I emailed them late in the evening UK time and had an almost instant response. Without any hesitation they arranged to send me a replacement headset which arrrived in the post a couple of days later. The staff were polite and efficient and left me with a feeling of 'now that's what I call customer service'. Well done and thank you.

When I woke up on my trip and would use my Freetalk was lifeless. I took contact with In Store, Shop. After explained my problem they sent problem-free a replacement. I'm glad it is that companies may be able to solve problems as painless and easy. Now it has come with UPC and is charging.

Outstanding Customer Service
The headset I ordered was delivered quickly and very well packaged. When a fault developed, I reported the problem to the Instoreshop Customer Service department, who were prompt to reply and to offer a replacement at no charge. The replacement arrived within a matter of days. This has to be some of the very best customer service that I have experienced in a long time! Many thanks to Audrey and Alexandra :) Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Instoreshop without hesitation.

Great product with great service
The product I ordered is a wireless freetalk headset for use at the office. Shipping was done in no time, and product has great features and sound.
Service helped me very good when one of the earpieces had a fault. I got a new one, no questions asked. Good company, good service, good products.

BEAUTIFUL SERVICE
The rapid rate of discourse was most rewarding unlike any I have ever experienced. Once I understood the mechanism the interchange became like an extended chat session but more relaxed. Of course the rapid replacement promised certainly colors my opinion but their generous service is wonderfully refreshing for this sphere.

Prompt service again and again.
Until now I have bought four different products from In Store Shop. And all I have to say is: Great! Great products, very good and prompt service, relatively quick delivery, between 2 days and 12 days.) All products (FREETALK Everyman, FREETALK Buddy Cam, FREETALK Everyman HD webcam and FREETALK Wireless USB) are really good and fulfilling everything what is promised.
The customer service is really good,too. I can't understand the complaints, I have read here. My Wireless stopped working a week ago (Battery does not take charge and I couldn't turn on the headset anymore), and I have contacted In Store Shop Support on Saturday afternoon. Three hours later I had the first response, telling me to confirm my shipping address and that they will ship after receiving my confirmation. My replacement has arrived today. 4 days after shipping from Spain to Germany.
I just have to say that this is outstanding customer support! Without any queries, quarrels discussions I have a working product again. Awesome!

My goodness,
I can't imagine what all these disgruntled customers are going on aboot. Seems like some folks just don't have the patience God gave a rock, and there are some don' have any more sense of civility than a stick.
I received the usb headset in a reasonable length of time, and then after a few months of simply superb skyping, one of the ear pieces went kaput. It took their customer service less than a day to respond to my email post to the website, and after a brief back-and-forth, another headset is on its way.
As I mentioned in my last post to them, their service and attention is what legends are made of, and that in this era of ever-increasing online commerce, it seems that prompt, courteous service has become the exception rather than the rule.
After perusing the comments on this forum, it sadly appears that patience and civility among the disgruntled have also become the exception rather than the rule.
Many thanks to the entire support team for providing such exemplary service!
p.s. - only 4 stars cuz of the bum ear piece to begin with

Small camera, but works amazing!
I am very happy with the service that I received from In Store Shop. They were very helpful and quick from delivery to helping me install the device. I am very happy with my Everyman hd camera, it is even better then I expected for the price! It is unbelievable the quality of the picture from such a small device. I would definently recommend this product to others.

Never received my order in the time they specified on email.
It has been 14 business days since they debited my account for this purchase, AND I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THIS ORDER! Dont believe their claim of delivering within 7-10 DAYS globally! They dont even have a tracking number for their orders so wont have any idea if the order was actually shipped.
I just read bad reviews about your store online, and i now regret ordering this from skype.
