I've been ordering products from indeedbuy.com for quite a while with no issues. Last week, I received an MP3 player DOA. I notify customer service and they shipped a replacement unit right away. That's what I call good customer service!

Excellent website. I received the package for my first order about a week ago. It took almost a month (from the time I ordered) for it to arrive, but the shipping is free and there is no minimum order value. One product was defective, but the customer service people there at indeedbuy.com are really great and solved the problem in less than 2 days by returning the product's value as store credit after I had proven that the product was faulty.

Indeedbuy.com has been a trustworthy provider of useful, fun and cheap gadgetry for me for now over a year. Occasionally, we get some trouble due to postal inefficiency, but up do this day, indeedbuy has always reshipped or refunded me for any order that has gone astray. Their customer service is very attentive. During the time I have been doing business with them, I have placed at least one order every month and overall I am a very satisfied customer: mostly very good merchandise at very good prices.

I am glad to have indeedbuy as my dropshipper. I have bought many items at indeedbuy. One time, the item is out of stock, and the status becomes "awaiting from supplier". I cannot wait until the item is available, so I decided to cancel my order. I contacted indeedbuy via customer support express to cancel my order and ask to refund my money. Finally, indeedbuy refunded all of my money and the order was successfully cancelled. I am happy to shop at indeedbuy. They provide good customer service, various items, great price, etc. Highly recommended!
