They ripped my money and went into thin air. This is a bogus company pvt LTD system. Phone, emails and physical addresses, all are dead but their bosses enjoy holidays and new business. I tracked their details from companies house. Every company has hidden or sister companies and transfer funds or buy (pretending) and then get bust with no reserves. I appealed to ombudsmen but nothing, I lost £2000 and promised 10 years of annual boiler installation as care/repair service.
Surprising, I am not alone. Hence I decided to STOP using branded national/international but local businesses. Available on time, every time. Think service, go local and save money is my slogan for peace of mind.
Shame that UK nationwide company was sold and busted and revived their illicit business with a new name, new face but ripping goes on.

I have just woken up to this whole histeria. My boiler has just broken down today, I got it done in Mar 2019. Don't know what to do, I was trying to look for them online and through emails. I paid some upfront and rest through Hitachi. Where do I start now. It would have better to go through a standard company.

I am glad I found out from somewhere what has happened to Impragas.
It's a disgrace. I too had a quote in February plus installation all seemed ok except water tank and boiler were left behind after we were quotef for it .
Then had a leak in ceiling. No 10 year service. Told them I wouldn't pay for it till work finished properly. But they continued to try and get it from me right up o to lockdown.
Now owe Hitachi the money.
We need to do something... They sound not be trading as anything else
Creeps.. and the people who knew it was going under and still tried to get our money.

we bought our boiler from impragas in 2018,in 2019 after calling impragas several times we had a service,the engineer was rude and was only at our property for approximately 20minutes so I questioned him as too what he had actually done,he told me he had looked over the boiler and it all seemed to be running well so like any person with not too much knowledge I accepted this and he told us he had run out of report sheets and would send us one in the post(2021 still waiting)I telephoned last year regarding my service(10 year plan)and the usual excuses started regarding covid etc etc and they said we’ll be in touch(again 2021still waiting) it’s now 2021 and I called them again yesterday only to find they’ve gone bump,so I decided to call the finance company Hitachi who were very nice but said they were being overwhelmed by customers who are in the same position as myself but they would be sending me a claims form out as like many others I paid upfront for the service plan.
Because they,impragas have defaulted on the contract does this mean I can cancel my DD with the finance company,please any advise would be much appreciated.

Paid over £3,500 for my boiler October 2019 and also paid extra for the ten year service plan. When I emailed to book my first service received an automated message that they were closed due to Covid. Was unaware that they had closed down, so paid more for a boiler that I could have got cheaper elsewhere as I was saving on the cost of the service plan which I paid an extra £100 for. Clearly was too good to be true, wish I had gone with other compaies offering same boiler cheaper as I am now going to have to pay out for another service plan. Why were customers not informed that they have closed and our service plans are not going to be honoured?

Had my new boiler fitted a year ago and paid for the 10 year servicing up front only to find out now the company doesn't exist and I can't get my service done. Absolutely shocking how they can get away with this, they also said they would register the boiler with worcester bosh for the warranty, I'll have to double check that now, what a con.

Impra gas is a fraud company, company director Valente and salesperson Alex Watkins are both cons. They sold me a boiler for £3100, with by now pay later scheme with a third party finance company. Alex took my deposit amount of £310 (10%) with no deduction on the final purchase and disappeared. Now I need to pay for the whole amount of £3100 to the finance company.
The worst customer service never answered my phone calls. Lots of promises and all professional service was a big fat lie. The engineer did not turn up on the first day of installation, had to reschedule, didn't turn up for the second time so complained to customer service after god knows how many unsuccessful attempts. Then the manager honored me with 10 years service plan for free. The engineer who fitted my boiler done the power flush in less than a minute. When questioned about it said, "oh it was all done a long time ago". No gas certificate was given and told me it will come by post and email which never did. The electrical engineer came to fit the thermostat the next day which was not even fixed properly. Worst service experience. I tried to complain to the customer service but again no luck, no answer. Now, it's almost a year and I have to find someone else to do servicing on my boiler.
If anyone had the same issue and got their money back please advise how have you done it.

Apparently impergas sold the company on..and now they have gone into liquidation.i can't get hold of impergas or the new company..I called this number up herron Fisher 02086882100 as sore someone say on her to as needed my boiler serviced..and like you all have got 10 year warranty and service. they are going to send me some forms to fill out but don't hold your breath as mite not get your money back they said..I think this is disgusting to do this to people.the company hasn't provided herron fisher with how many people were on the list of who had warrantys and boiler services for 10 years..

Had boiler fired 12 months ago with 10…
Had boiler fired 12 months ago with 10 year warranty from Worcester Bosch and 10years free service from Impra gas. Now gone out of business. Changed name to VBH Assets no way to contact them what a load of sharks they are. The men on Impras customer service team were useless did not know how to talk to customers. Now i'm left out of pocket, no service and having to cough up a lot more for on-going services.
Puts me right off buying anything from companies not in the top 100 names.

Similar to the previous comment, Mr. Valente fraudulently ripped off many unsuspecting consumers
His new venture as a mentoring coach sounds like a recipe for disaster. Any unsuspecting member of the public should be aware that Impragas went into receivership owing £2 Million, ruining the lives of many individuals and seriously affecting companies which supplied goods to Impragas on credit.
Valente encouraged the selling of 10 year service policies knowing fully well that his company would never honour these contracts.
Absolute disgrace that this individual sells himself as a businessman when he is nothing but an opportunistic shark and has no qualificatons or experience to lecture about running a business unless its to explain to others how to drive your business.into bankruptcy. SHAME ON YOU VALENTE !!!
