The customer service operator was very helpful in finding me a cruise package which suited my needs. The website offered a good variety of cruises but because I needed multiple cabins and it was a late booking I needed to speak to someone. She was polite, friendly and informative also very patient when I kept asking her to repeat things.

Have used IgluCruise to book all my cruise holidays for many years. I find the staff are excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Ian Young, who booked 2 short cruises for me today was superb, getting everything booked as required and explaining everything clearly.

I looked on line got a fair pice but needed help with the booking rang lglu so the booking was done on the phone lhad to pay extra £20 than internet price has l have used lgtlu many time found this disappointing.
