Awkward fit
I thought it would be easy to get up on it but it isn't for me. I know this is my situation but one of the selling points was that it was suitable for all types. Also the foot pedals are awful and have to adjust to their awkwardness. I won't be returning it as my son can use it. But for me, it will take awhile to adapt.

I bought the bike for my daughter but the seat is shaking..I can't use it so, i try to contact them but they don't respond. they have a phone number but that`s not a useful number(972-222-6030)Google phone number..they don`t answer.I'm not trying to return it..I want to know how we can solve this problem. but they don't have any responsibility..they just sell it and disappear. I have to trash it. so bad company they are.
