Faiz with Houzeo Support corrected issues on the dashboard and set me up to complete my listings. I do have to say that I wasted several hours trying to finish this on my own before calling for help. This is my second time listing with Houzeo, and the first time was much easier. I’m not sure what went wrong. In the end, customer support saved the day.

The MLS info form online did not work
The MLS info form online did not work - resulting in numerous attempts to fill-it in, and ultimately a manual off-line form. Too much effort on my end to guide Houzeo to the issue resulting in delays to listing.
Bethany however did a great job, being responsive and demonstrating good follow-up. I’d give her a 5/5 rating! Nice job turning a bad situation into a positive one.

Great platform
Houzeo is a good platform to get on the MLS and other platforms for a wider reach. They have great customer service, and follow-up. Buy their sign too! Its professionally made, and more importantly, the phone number printed on the sign can be the number you choose, bypassing the listing agent for the initial contact and avoids any wait times!!
Its a great platform to save some money. Invest your money in getting the best photography and staging the house for potential buyers.
They are at the mercy of the listing agent, if a potential buyer finds your listing on Zillow or similar websites. So, a responsive listing agent makes all the difference!
