Hip-Hop Bling is absolutely a 5 Star company. The quality of the Rick Ross Ruby pendant I ordered and received yes Right On! I've been buying jewelry for over 40 years and went to gem and Jewelry trade shows and work in the Hip Hop music industry and this is a high quality Lab Ruby. The customer service and shipping process was fast and professional. They communicate very well and I've seen them grow over the years. This is my first purchase with them and will continue buying all my Hip Hop Jewelry from them and let all my friends know where to get high quality bling. They also carry solid gold with natural as well as moissanite diamonds. I showd my Ruby pendant to some of my friends and they asked where I got it they want one. They also we're amazed at the quality of the Lab Ruby themselves.

I ordered a necklace from you guys on March 21. I have not received my order. It has been sitting at the same location for 13 days. This is the tracking number 9400111106150852291455. This is my order number HHB#279755. I've reached out to you by email and your chat several times about this matter. No one has responded. I submitted a return request on 12/9/24. As of this writing, 12/23/24, I still have not received the return shipping label to send the item back, which is way too big for my wrist. The description of the item did not give a size so whoever writes the description for their items does not include pertinent information. I am now stuck with a bracelet that I can't wear because it falls off my wrist.

Their website is crazy and their youtube channel also big + point

For now is HHB not responding on any emails or dm,s or ether phone calls

They have sent me my track and trace code finally at 4 december

And the package was nicely arrived at 18 december it took only 18 days to truly accept and deliver my order
They only forgot my free gift
