I cant' review my product because I…
I cant' review my product because I have yet to receive my item. I ordered May 30. I contacted customer service and was informed my package was lost in transit. I am still waiting for the email with the new tracking number for the reshipment. I was told this would no charge to me, but I have yet to receive any information or update about new shipment.

I liked the lights that i bought, and i liked the price and free shipping. What i did not like was that the lights came from different vendors at different times. I ordered 6 lights and they came from 4 different places and at staggered times.

False Advertising, Stole over $2000 of my money
I bought hexagon lighting as advertised to be 17ft x 14ft. When I received and about to install after building out our garage the size was only 12ft x 13ft. We reached out to remedy the issue and get more. They do not sell those lights that have had less than a year and will not do anything. False Advertising and scam. We have pictures and correspondences. They claim to be honest and they are not. Do Not Buy. You WILL NOT get what you asked for. Investigation is pending against them. They could have easily refunded me all my money and I would have gone elsewhere but they chose to dig in not even denying false advertising. $2000 stolen
After your response: you have already looked into this a did nothing about and told me you don’t have any. Can’t warranty the item, and because we opened the box it’s too late. How exactly did I find out the size was wrong by NOT opening the box. You did nothing to remedy the issue and stole my money.

Regarding the power cord warmth: While some heat is normal during operation (like many high-efficiency power supplies), it should never feel uncomfortably hot. Make sure the max power for each cord is 440W, no more than 62 tubes, if this problem still accurs, please kindly reach us and we will figure a way out for you.
I was hesitant to purchase these lights…
I was hesitant to purchase these lights because though they look cool, I wasn’t sure how functional they would be. I cannot express how satisfied I was when I finally got them installed. They’re bright without blinding, the right color of light and of course, they look cool.
I installed them in rafters of a steel building which meant making frames for them but why work fantastic. I would do it again.

The delivery said 3-5 business days it turned out to be over a month almost a month and a half, talk to their representative said they didn’t have it in stock because of the tariffs, so I said why are you false advertising in your website is saying is in stock even after he told me that I when back to the website and it still said it was in stock. Then I asked for a discount or free light or some kind customer give back, not because I needed the free light or the discount but because I had to wait so long it wasn’t a few days later it was a month and a half later not only that I ordered a 25 hexagon light which I never got they sent me an 11 then a 14 not with the right jewelry to connect them together so I gave up at that point. Very bad customer service the representative seems like he hated his job and a very bad delivery experience. Not the product I had purchased.
