STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Just received Sjel 29" Velvet Accent Chair. I can see why it is non returnable. It is absolutely horrible. Like sitting on a rock. Looks deceivingly nice but not worth over $300. Not worth $100. I could find better at Walmart or dollar store. Company should be ashamed of the obviously fake reviews suggesting this is a comfortable chair. I should have searched more independent reviews before buying. Offered a10% discount on the next purchase from them - told them keep it. Would never buy anything else from this garbage company.

I am not happy

I am not happy! I have previously purchased a dining table from this company and it was a good experience but purchased another dining table last week and it has been the opposite! Firstly the table was shipped a week late granted they offered me 25 refund but then today it arrived without instructions and many screws with no holes … am I supposed to be drilling holes into this table and why are there holes in the top of the table but not shown in the manual … it seems it’s impossible to put together and talk to anyone who is familiar with the product. I need help and no one is helping me ! NOT HAPPY

Gorgeous tv stand

Ordered a media stand and it is absolutely gorgeous! It’s great quality. Came fully assembled, all I had to do was scree on the hardware. Two of the handles didn’t screw on properly but I had replacement pieces within one week that worked perfectly. Buying furniture online can be a little terrifying but this experience was stress free and I couldn’t be more happy with the product.

The shelving unit was literally…

The shelving unit was literally cardboard it arrived broken we still tried to make it work but if you put a screw in it would fall apart. Inside the shelving pieces was literally cardboard terrible product. Now it's a hassle to get a return label- which not sure they will give me one, as they know it’s junk. They are currently using an excuse such as “ it was on sale”, this is their reasoning for making me wait to get a email that ‘ may or may not’ have a return label. This is literally a box full of cardboard. Furthermore our home burned down, we are trying to replace furniture, the last thing we want to return furniture we so desperately need. Or to carry a heavy box of a 50 pieces fiberboard, and 100 screws, then shlepping it to the post office. Even though it arrived broken, we just needed furniture..so we still tried to make it work. The false wood cabinet fell apart with every screw… it was so poorly made. I’ll post an update if they give me a refund and a shipping label to return it - I will certainly update my review..I hope this is an honest company, but I have my doubts…seeing that this is absolutely embarrassing on their part- to pass this off as a shelving cabinet unit. Their customer service number doesn’t work, I could only can reach them via chat.

Sturdy, Nice-Looking Small Table, Good Quality for the Price

Purchased a small dining table with a wooden base and a sintered stone top. The base and top were packed separately and well, both arrived in perfect condition. The only assembly was attaching the two pieces together. The fluted base is real wood, and to my surprise the wood fluting is sanded smooth enough that it's not a dust and hair magnet. The top is smooth, elegant, and easy to clean. Despite the pedestal design, the table feels sturdy and safe with no fear of tipping. Shipping wasn't super fast, but wasn't out of line and was free! Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Love our experience

Love our experience. Did not know it came fully assembled, which was a nice surprise. We had a little Nick and the furniture seems to be prone to dense if not careful. However, we have little toddlers so I think that’s to be expected. Very happy with the service and quality of the furniture.

Good customer service

I ordered 2 sets of barstools and a console. FedEx lost one of the boxes of barstools and Hernest was helpful in getting another set of barstools sent out to me within a few days. WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER

BE WARNED, TOTAL SCAM —THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER: I made this purchase, realized I had made a mistake less than 5 minutes after purchasing, and emailed the company to cancel. They replied within an hour, to ask why I'm cancelling. I replied, and requested a response to verify my cancellation request. I just called customer service and they're saying my item shipped despite me cancelling within minutes of the order. It’s still been less than 24 hours and this merchant will not let me cancel my order. Very rude and scammy vibes from the customer service staff when I called to attempt to cancel. This place is an absolute scam/fraud.

Quality Control Issues

Several of the drawers for the credenza have the tracks put on the wrong way. We had to remove them and flip them around to get all the drawers on. Only one was done correctly. There are also several dings and scrapes that you wouldn’t expect on a piece of furniture that is this price. We have tons of photos.

Boards needed to be identified too.

Wooden parts to shelves came marked with numbers in the instructions but the pieces themselves were not marked so it was guess work to start. I was delivered an extra large piece of wood board that wasnt needed.
Assembly took over 2 hours.
